THE DISTINCTION is a unique brand new built 2022 fine-tuned million dollar luxury vacation rental in the heart of Naples Park located perfectly close to both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park.

This contemporary brand new 3 bedroom plus den and 3 bathroom home boasts over 2,000 sq. ft. of living area. In addition to the outdoor built-in kitchen, heated pool, outdoor shower and brand new landscaping, the interior is tastefully decorated with a new modern touch, sparkling white quartz kitchen counter tops, stainless steel appliances, LED TV and designer furniture throughout. The Master bedroom features a King Bed with separate access door directly to the pool and it’s own Master suite bathroom. The other Guest Rooms have a Queen bed and a Twin and Full bed with their own guest bathroom. The front side features a private office den/library with a queen sleeper sofa and it's own attached shower and guest Bathroom.

The entire home is fenced in for complete privacy to give you a peaceful retreat and the perfect setting to watch the sun set over this northern exposure while enjoying the peaceful quiet outdoor area including the immaculate heated glass tile pool and lounging wade bubbler and built-in BBQ Kitchen! We have an amazing Florist who constantly keeps the outdoor Oasis looking beautiful.

A perfect combination of modern design flowing harmoniously through out this wonderful vacation rental which is located only 1 mile to Delnor-Wiggins State Park and only 2 miles to Vanderbilt Beach and to the entertainment area of Mercato which features British Pub, Blue Martini, Cavo Lounge and many more bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to Publix, Trader Joes and Walmart, Paragon Theatres and with Whole Foods nearby at Mercato. You can also enjoy a pristine sunset cocktail or dinner at one of the luxury Beachfront establishments such as the Turtle Club, Baleen at La Playa or the Ritz Carlton Hotel.

The host was so speedy with his responses. This house was beautiful. Modern, clean, airy, spacious and bright. What made it perfect for our family of 6 (grandparents, couple and teenagers) was the nice big couch for everyone to gather at. The games (Taboo, How well do you know your family, Trivial Pursuit) were fun. The kitchen had all the essentials cooking ware but also small things such as oil, sugar, condiments which were helpful. The bikes were also really nice to have. It was also nice for them to have things like a laundry basket and step stool etc. But of course the highlight would have to be the pool. Warm and perfect. The neighborhood is also super nice. Close to Vanderbilt and Delnor Wiggins beaches. There was a cool grocery store/restaurant place called Seed to Table and another one called Food and Thought that were unique. 5th Ave shops are about 20 minutes away but Mercato and the Venetian Bay shops are closer and both are very pretty. We also enjoyed Tin City.

This home was perfect for our family of 5. House was very clean and well equipped with bikes, coolers, chairs umbrellas etc. for trips to the beach. Plenty of room in the garage for parking. Pool is GREAT! We used the outdoor kitchen several times. We would definitely rent again! Communication with host was easy.

Amazing house

This house was amazing. Pictures were accurate and better in person. It had everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of room to accommodate all of our family. Was very close the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Great communication and easy check in. House was very clean and pool was awesome!

Perfektes Urlaubshaus

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem tollen neuen Haus in Naples. Wir haben uns ganz bewusst für die Area des Vanderbilt Beaches entschieden und es hat wieder perfekt gepasst. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, alles ist neu und hochwertig. Die Nähe zum Strand ist gut, es gibt 6 Fahrräder sowie Strandstühle und auch Badespielzeug war vor Ort. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Badezimmer optimal. Auch die Aufteilung im Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Great stay!

We loved the property. Very clean and updated amenities. The only thing I will mention is, if you have small children who will be swimming, bring swim shoes. The inside of the pool is like a pumice stone and with little kids dragging their feet they had scrapes on their toes. Great location to Mercato and the beach!

Great property

Great property…very new, clean and modern. The private pool is wonderful and only 5 minutes to the beach. Only negative was wifi reception out by the pool but it helped me disconnect from work!

Very nice house

We had a wonderful stay. The house and pool was very nice. North Naples was a great location and everything was at your fingertips. (Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, beach) We would definitely recommend this house and location.

What a great place to stay. The house was perfect for our family. And the location couldn’t have been any better, in the center of all the great things to do in Naples. The pictures are perfect as was the cleanliness. We’ve been using Vrbo in Naples for years and this is by far our best rental yet. Will be renting again for sure. Thanks for a great week

This is one of our favorite properties because we saw the perfect layout in the design of the rooms within the house giving everyone staying their personal space and yet family living room to gather at the same time. This is a unique property with so much attention to detail and interior design ranging from the furniture to the paint and amenities. This definitely makes you feel like you are on an instant vacation from the minute you open the door.
