Nice three-bedroom home located in quiet neighborhood of Saginaw Township. Close to restaurants and shopping. The following is the bedroom setup:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed
Basement (finished) - Queen bed.

Also perfect for traveling medical professionals. Close to several hospitals. Completely furnished and ready to go.

Property is also pet friendly with a fenced in back yard.

Residence is a single family home with a detached garage and a fenced in back yard (Pet Friendly).

Nice quiet home located in a safe neighborhood of Saginaw Township.

Home is located near several businesses close enough to walk or a short drive.

The basement has been partially finished. I added a queen size bed to accommodate quests with another option for sleeping. The basement is in the process of being finished and no workers will be there during anyones stay.

Four "old ladies" from Ohio coming to visit Frankenmuth. The distance from the house to Frankenmuth was very convenient. We also visited Birch Run and of course Tony's. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed!

The house was exactly as expected from the listing. Very clean. Provided code for door in advance. Easy check out. We didn't take pets but it is pet friendly but you don't notice any pet smells or hair. Worked perfectly for us with 4 adults and easy trip to Frankenmuth. Lots of local options for shopping and restaurants. Would stay there again.

Very tidy home with lots of room in quiet and friendly neighborhood and lots of amenities nearby.My rescue lab loved the big shady backyard complete with squirrels. As a single female, I felt safe. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets.I would enjoy staying here again.

Very big, beautifully decorated home. The neighborhood was absolutely DEAD silent, and it was just a great place to stay while adventuring throughout Michigan state. Every amenity listed was available and more (paper towels, toilet paper, etc). Rules are very simple to follow and I hope to be back again sometime soon!

Great place

Nice quiet neighborhood. Great location close to hwy and areas to explore. Owner even let me keep my motorcycle in the garage. Had all the amenities you could think of. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay there again.

Very Clean and Comfortable

We loved our stay here! The house was so nice! Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood seemed very quiet. We did get there a little early accidentally, but it was no issue - the host was very accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends, and/or stay here again if I'm back in the area. Thanks for a great stay!!

Nice home in quiet neighbourhood

The home was nice and close to major roads in Saginaw. Close to lots of amenities and some shopping. There were a few things that could have been cleaner but overall had a good experience here.

Annual Fishing trip with friends

The house was very nice. The driveway was very tight for fitting boat trailers in. Parking on the street wasn’t really an option either. We fit 2 trucks with boats in the driveway but it was tight for sure.

Beautiful home and Neighborhood

The property listed was accurate. The home is beautiful. Great access to local vendors and restaurants if you have transportation. My kids enjoyed the space. The only disappointment is that there is only one bathroom.

Needs improved communication

There had been water in the basement and the owner did let me know that, but not until the afternoon when we were supposed to check in. There was mold in a number of places and a terrible smell. We didn't think it was safe to stay. The owner provided a full refund, but shouldn't have been renting it out in that condition.

Nice house in good location.

Had two dogs with us. Fenced back yard was very helpful. We used house to visit Frankenmuth. A short drive to downtown. Close to grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants

This home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in Saginaw Township, no Saginaw City. The Township is much nicer and safer. The home is close to shopping, resturaunts and a short drive to Frankenmuth, Dow Event Center, Saginaw Valley State University plus much more.
