Fully renovated flat 1 block from the beach! This open concept studio features a full kitchen and sleeps up to 5 people. Walk to Lake Michigan and enjoy the beach or take in the sunset. Check out the shops downtown, also within walking distance & grab a great meal at one of the local restaurants. Take in the sights of Ludington or take a drive along the lakeshore & check out the scenery. Charter a fishing trip and catch the big one! This is a great location for all your vacationing activities.

Perfect for couples! Location is perfectly between beach and downtown. Very clean and check in was as smooth as it gets. Communication with manager was ver good as well.

Owners are nice and thoughtful. The beach is so close and plenty of shops to visit within walking distance. But take your vehicle with you, because you wont want to carry your purchases around with you everywhere. Food is great in the area. loved the spa and fire. So comfy wife and I read our books by the fire for hours.

Perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere. The rooms were clean. The patio and hot tub was clean and a great place to hang out. Definitely will be back.

The property as a whole was clean and well kept with nice amenities (grill, hot tub, outdoor eating area). The flat was updated and very nice with cool accents (large mirror over kitchen sink to create an additional area to put on makeup or brush teeth while someone else uses the bathroom), a corrugated metal ceiling, and fixtures. And the location was perfect for the beach or downtown.

Location

The location is simply unbeatable! We loved being able to walk to all the shops and restaurants nearby. The room and grounds are very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed having the patio and firepit to sit at.

Good use of space, great location

This is located within walking distance to the beach and downtown. The unit was small but well laid out. Perfect for my sister and I. Furnishings were up to date. Full refrigerator and stove. Very happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot in the middle of everything

We had a great time in Ludington and Mitten Flats was a wonderful place to stay and experience the town. There was plenty of parking, it was an easy walk to the downtown, beach, and marina and parks, and we sat on the front lawn for a great view of the parade. The awnings on the front porches were just big enough to let the baby nap outside in the shade. Plenty of space for the pack and play inside. The only ding was that the room had been cleaned, the floor had been swept into piles but not put in the trash, and the toilet paper hadn't been replaced. But we went in the highest of the high season so I assume they just ran out of time. The owners were super responsive and got us toilet paper really quick, and I was glad there was a broom/dustpan in the room, I was sweeping with all the sand everyday anyway. Would definitely stay again!
