Spectacular Waterfront Provincetown Condo

Direct waterfront views of Cape Cod Bay. Completely renovated beautifully appointed 1st floor condo with air-conditioning and white oak hardwood flooring throughout. Spectacular fully equipped kitchen with white quartz counters and a center island. The living room is appointed with a leather sofa, 65" TV and private deck overlooking the bay.
The condo is perfectly situated on the East End of Provincetown at Bay Colony approx. 1.5 mile from from the Boston Ferry, Monument and Provincetown center. Our home is steps from the beach and an approx. mile walk through the dunes to the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful sunsets, parades and fireworks (4th of July) can be enjoyed from the deck. The carnival parade begins next door at the Harbor hotel. Tailgate before the parade and preview the antiques cars and floats. Parking is located directly by our main entrance, additional parking is provided. Our home is also a short walk to all that Provincetown has to offer with many shops, art galleries and restaurants. For those who wish transportation, the town loop stops directly in front of our home.
A swimming pool is located next door also featuring a poolside grille, drinks and cocktails for those who want to be pampered there is an onsite waitress.
Direct beautiful water views of Cape Cod Bay. Enjoy your days at the beach directly across the street!

Provincetown has alot to offer from fine dinning, ice cream, whale watches, dune tours, ghost tours, great beaches, shows and great shopping. Enjoy the active night life in this destination town.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous view of water. First floor so my mobility disabled sister could walk right in without stairs. Friendly neighbors. Easy drive to Ptown center. Cleaning crew came 1 hour before checkout and we were NOT ready. Other than that, wonderful experience. Would stay again.

Beautiful view

A very attractive apartment, well equipped. The best thing about it is the location right next to the bay. Sunrises were beautiful, and it was very pleasant to have the water view all the time.

Ptown Perfection!

Stayed here the last week of October, in time to enjoy the quiet Fall and post season warmth. Ate at amazing restaurants, were entertained at Bradford house on Halloween, and walked and walked along the stunning bay…was just great!!! Went to other side to see ocean too!

Lovely view - walk to downtown

Couldn't ask for nicer spot - step across commercial st and you are on the bayside with a great beach. Neat, clean with great decor. Plenty of room for 3 of us - one bathroom is only downside but very workable. We will be back!

Little glitch with check in instructions but was easily fixed. Beautiful spot enjoyed the beach across the street. Loved sitting on the deck watching the sunset when we weren’t enjoying P town.

Gorgeous property, beautiful location

We loved our stay in Ptown. This was our second visit in the last 2 months, and we love the peace of off-season. Michael's property was perfect for 2 couples. We spent a lot of time at the home cooking, chatting and playing games. The view of the ocean is great during the day, and the sound of the waves was excellent!

A pleasant property within walking distance of Provincetown

This is a clean, renovated space, with waterfront views and good location. Walkable to town within 30 min to 1 hour. I recommend bringing towels, as there were not many of them. I would stay again.

Nicely remodeled and comfortable

The space is very comfortable and has been recently renovated with new appliances. The location is spectacular with a view of the bay from the spacious open concept living/kitchen area. An added bonus is that all of the mirrors are set so that a tall person (6’ 6”) can see their entire head without bending over, and the bathroom vanity is at a comfortable height.

Provincetown get-away

We booked this for a getaway from the city. It’s about 2 miles from downtown P-town, which I thought would be a drag, but it was wonderful. It’s quiet and we sat on the porch and listened to the waves crash into the shore instead, it’s literally feet from the beach with nothing obstructing the ocean view. The place is nicely decorated, clean and fresh. It has all the amenities you could want for a break from your day to day. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Provincetown Condo!

We loved our stay at this fantastic Provincetown condo! Its literally right across the street from the beach, and has the BEST view out of all the other condos on the property. The house was clean and comfortable, and the host was very easy to communicate with. We also enjoyed the walk to town, as its only about 15 minutes down one, very flat, street. It was a pretty street to look at the houses and people watch a bit as you walk into town. I would highly recommend this property anyone looking for a place to stay in Provincetown

Beautiful condo and view!

The view was amazing and the condo was clean and beautifully updated! Stayed between Christmas and New Years for a short, quiet getaway and it was exactly what we hoped. Close to town but not so close to be busy or noisy. Beds were comfortable. Linens and paper goods are provided. We only had one issue, the thermostat in the 2nd bedroom wasn’t working, so we had to ‘heat’ the room by keeping the door open to get the heat from the rest of the condo. We also never received a ‘check in’ email with a code, so we had to directly message the owner. Other than that, amazing stay!

Weekend wedding

Loved the property and location but somehow missed details on not having 2 parking spaces located together for our unit. It resulted in a little friction with a guest in another unit. Maybe include an info packet in the unit with these key details? Otherwise our experience was outstanding!
