Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom first floor shore condo that sleeps 10 people comfortably. It’s fully furnished & stocked with everything you need for a home away from home private getaway! The house sits on the Bay and is walking distance to the famous Wildwood Beaches, and a very short drive to the Boardwalk & Cape May!

This house features Central Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans, Smart TVs with Cable in every room, & a large eat in kitchen with breakfast nook. The 1st Bedroom features a King size bed. The 2nd Bedroom features a Full size bed with Twin bunk, and a Twin bed. The 3rd Bedroom features a Queen size bed, 1 recliner, private bathroom and very large walk in closet. The living room features a sofa & loveseat, and a Twin size daybed with additional pull out Twin bed, and 75” TV. The Fully stocked kitchen features everything you need including small appliances, cookware and dinnerware for cooking and serving your family & friends. First cup of coffee is on us, just bring your food and beverages! There is a Microwave, Dishwasher, and Washer/ Dryer on site as well. A full list of items available for your use will be provided upon final payment for worry-free vacation prep!

This corner property features an outdoor seating deck up front, and a BBQ, eating & firepit area on the side. The Beach is walking distance (less than 10 minutes) or a 2-minute drive as is Sunset Park. The Boardwalk is a less than 10-minute drive away & Cape May is a very short drive away also. Wheeled beach cart, Beach chairs, and Umbrellas are available for your use. Driveway is available and fits two cars for your parking convenience.

There are TONS of restaurants, bars, and indoor/ outdoor entertainment for all ages nearby. Wildwood is a resort city on the New Jersey coast. It sits on a barrier island known for its wide, sandy beaches. The iconic Sightseer tram car runs along the long Wildwood Boardwalk, which is packed with eateries, shops, waterparks, amusements, and thrill rides.

The boardwalk features 38 blocks of sensory overload with three amusement piers boasting more rides and attractions than Disneyland, three incredible water parks, arcades, games, retail shopping and more eateries than the Mall of America. Family of 5 mini golden doodle take on Wildwood!

We had a great stay at The Family Crest! The home was super clean and comfortable for our family of five… and our mini golden doodle felt right at home too! The location was perfect for us—close to everything we wanted to see. Gerlando was super responsive and helpful… he definitely made our trip easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend The Family Crest for families traveling with their fur baby!

Had an amazing stay at the Family Crest! Communication with the host was great, answered all our questions. House was great, had everything we needed. Very clean, very quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach, Cape May, and the boardwalk. Will 100% stay here again!

The Family Crest was the absolute perfect house for our family and small maltipoo. Everything in the house was extremely organized and super clean!! I loved how there were clean sheets packaged for each bed and a lot of towels that we were able to use. The house was stocked with all of the essentials and more!! The owner was extremely responsive and great to communicate with. The location was perfect! A quieter neighborhood just a short walk to the beautiful Sunset Lake Park and to the beach. I highly recommend staying at the Family Crest. Can’t wait to return!!!

Enjoyable Stay

The neighborhood and location were excellent. The house is decorated very nicely and is supplied with essentials. We enjoyed being close enough to walk to the beach yet being close to Sunset Park too. A very enjoyable stay. We had 8 adults staying in the house. It was doable but the living room did need to be used as a bedroom too.

The place was clean and very comfortable. We were 4 blocks, just a 10 minute walk to the beach but we did drive a few times. Parking was easy. The location was perfect for walks to the Sunset Lake Park. The house has everything! Great place to stay!

Our family had a fantastic time at this well appointed property! It was great but to have to bring along our own bath towels and linens. The beach chairs provided looked brand new. This made our packing alot easier. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the rockers on the porch. We brought bikes, so it only took minutes to get to and from the beach . The property was conveniently located to sunset lake and was a short ride to the boardwalk and cape may. We would highly recommend staying at this property! The owner’s communication was great! We’ll be cack!

Relaxing time away

Property was very clean! Description was exactly as advertised. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Then kids were able to go on their own while I was able to relax during our stay. Had everything you would possibly need. Would definitely chose again :)

An absolute gem!

We stayed here with a group of friends and absolutely loved the house from the moment we arrived. It’s fully stocked with everything you could imagine and incredibly clean. The hosts were very accommodating and you could tell they put a lot of thought into making their place feel like home. We had no complaints and look forward to coming back again in the future!

Family time at the Shore

Stayed here for a weekend with family. Communication from the host was great from the beginning to the end. The house was spotless and extremely comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed including K-cups for coffee! Linens for the beds were sanitized and there were plenty of towels! This was a lovely home away from home! We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Great Week in The Crest!

the house was beautiful and very well kept. Check in was easy. The house had just about everything you can ask for from clean linens, beach chairs, full kitchen of everything from spices to pots and pans. Gerlando who is the property owner was very easy to deal with and very responsive to any communications. My family and I had a great wek and very happy with the rental! I would recommend renting here.

A great place for vacation

We had a great stay at the Family Crest. The house is comfortable, clean, well stocked, and in a great neighborhood. The description and pictures are accurate and met expectations. The access to beach gear is a major benefit as it saved a lot of space in the car since we did not have to bring our own chairs, cart, etc. The host is attentive and communicates well. The outside area is a nice place to relax at the end of the night as the sun sets just over the bay. Sunset Lake is a short walk for a more spectacular view.

AMAZING STAY!!

We all loved this property & had such a great time. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, extremely spacious... We had more than enough room for 3 adults & 4 teenagers with room to spare. The owner was very nice & thought of everything you could possibly need!!! The location is close to everything but honestly I enjoyed staying on the property the most outside under the hanging sting light seating area. :-) I highly recommend staying here & am looking forward to doing so again in the future!!! Great experience!! Thank you!

Family trip

We had a lovely stay in wildwood crest. The house is in a wonderful location and such a lovely neighbourhood.. The neighbours were so friendly with the lady across from us delivering over cucumbers from her garden. Everything is provided for and the host was wonderful calling us in advance and during our stay to ensure all was good. Th house was clean and perfect for 5 of us. Particularly loved the outside porch for relaxing each morning and evening on the rocking chairs.. Weather was also perfect . The location so near sunset lake was great also. Thanks you for a lovely week to end our vacation in the USA ..

Beachfest 2022 Champagne of trips

The Family Crest was fabulous, perfect for what we were looking for! The family crest had everything we needed, beach carts, beach bags, beach chairs and an outdoor grill. All the cooking utensils you could need for a beautiful meal or just hotdogs on the grill. Tvs with cable in every room, which were rarely used, because we were only a short walk or bike ride to the beach. There is also a cute breakfast/lunch nook only steps away that we walked to every morning for coffees or bagel sandwiches. The owner was super attentive to our needs and even let us know that we could check in a few hours early if we liked! I highly recommend the Family Crest and we hope to stay there again!

Great Bachelorette Weekend!

This property was lovely in every way! The property was close to the beach and also close to both Wildwood and Cape May. It was quiet at night and the hosts paid a lot of attention to stocking items that many other hosts would expect guests to bring. All of the rooms were clean and the exit instructions were simple. It was extremely sweet that the host left a nice well wish for my wedding as well as some chocolates for our celebration. There were 8 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to have a fun and relaxing vacation! Thanks so much- Oralie
