Access to the beach was perfect, a boardwalk all the way there. Outdoor pool and hot tub were great. The weather was wonderful so we didn't need the indoor pool. Jackie got back to us right away. Clear communication. Would definitely stay here again with family.

The property needs a good paint job but absolutely everything was in order. Jackie was quick to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. I would rent again, fair price.

Beautiful stay close to the ocean

The property had a great location and good management. It was close to the beach as well. My only complaint is small but the condo is a bit dated The microwave, fridge, and vacuum could use some updating. The property owner was easy to work with and quick to fix any concerns. We did have some issues with the key cards for indoor pools and gyms. Several other guests at the complex were also having issues too. The owner helped us get ours reprogrammed and then it worked. Overall a good stay for a larger group!

We enjoyed our stay and as always the property was very well kept. Disappointed that Sassy Bass was closed for remodel but that is a good excuse to come back next year and see the improvements.

Small in size but a great family resort

We have stayed at Gulf Plantation Resort before so we knew what to expect of the property itself. The condo can fit up to 8, I believe, but in my opinion, everyone would be on top of one another and very crammed in. As a family of 4, we had trouble, especially in the kitchen. Not being in one anothers way.The pictures taken must of been when first renovated as it is not how it is when you see it in person. But other than that, we enjoyed the amnieties of the resort and the location.. Jackie was great answering my questions and with a quick response.

Great Stay For My Family of 6

We had a great week here! There are several pools on site and the beach is a short walk away! The unit is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator on the 1st floor! The kitchen is very small but there is a full size fridge. There are some basic cooking supplies. There is a laundry mat on the same floor, be aware there isn’t a washing machine and dryer in the unit. Overall we had a great stay!

Family beach time

The property was very nice. The 10 of us (4 adults and 6 kids under 17) had just enough room. When we arrived we discovered the new sofa did not include a sofa bed; however, the property manager promptly provided an air mattress that worked just perfectly. And has since updated the listing. The beach was a short walk from the condo and provided plenty of room for the guests. The property included a restaurant, ice cream and coffee shop all of which we enjoyed during our stay. Two things I would emphasize: 1. this property is very strict on parking passes only 2 for this unit and 2) Jackie was a pleasure to work with, she answered questions and resolved any problems promptly and followed up to be sure items were addressed timely.

Nice for price

The pictures may be a little older as everything is a little more worn in person. 2/4 tvs do not work in the unit. Note that the coffee maker takes k-cups not filters if you plan to buy in advance. Amenities on property with all the pools were great for the kids. Close to the beach but a bit of a walk if you are taking coolers and chairs with you. Overall nice for the price.

Sweet 16 getaway

We took our 4 kids and 2 of our daughter’s friends with us to celebrate her turning 16, and doing some college tours. Loved the lack of traffic in Fort Morgan! Was expecting to have laundry in unit and was disappointed to find it was on property and had to pay additional for it. Security onsite was very on top of things. Other than that the stay was very enjoyable!
