Summary:
Three Little Birds offers breathtaking ocean views in front and Intracoastal
& marsh views from bedroom. Conveniently located 1 block from Freeman Park and the beach! Beautifully decorated yet cozy and comfortable! Enjoy coffee on your front porch while catching the sunrise or take a dip in the pool. Close to all things Carolina Beach biking, kayaking, fishing charters, hiking at the CB State Park and our famous boardwalks and fishing piers with great restaurants and shopping!

The Space:
This unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. The pool is located just behind the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather.

We have a garage which includes beach chairs for guest use

The Neighborhood:
We are located at the North end of the island, a half a block away from the entrance to Freeman Park. Freeman Park is a historic location where you can drive onto the beach with your 4-wheel drive vehicle. The ocean is a block away and the beach access is very easy to get to, with one of many entrances located right beside the High Tide Lounge.
We are a mile from downtown Carolina Beach where you will find a variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

Getting Around:
Carolina Beach offers several companies that rent bikes and golf carts.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

3 Little Birds at The Beach is the perfect setting for a fun filled vacation. We had everything we needed and the location was divine. Easy access to the beach and the pier as well as restaurants and activities.
Our view! Loved starting and ending each day on the porch with this view!
The trees are so cool!
The pier makes refreshing beverages to quench your thirst!

Great stay!

We extended our stay a night after staying at a different location with friends. Nicely decorated, cute porch with view of the ocean and the pier. The pool was nice as well! Wish we had stayed longer!

Great Stay Wonderful Condo

We spent a long weekend at 3 birds for our Anniversary! The Condo is immaculately clean and is a home away from home. From the Touches from Board games to cooking tools you just need your clothes and food. The Swing on the porch is perfect for drinking your morning coffee and just taking in the salt air-- Perfect view of the ocean. What a wonderful stay we will for sure return

North End Gem

Just exactly as described in the listing. All the comfort of Home and Moore very quiet north end walking distance to Freeman Park. One block from Ocean, but you can hear it from inside. Highly recommend.

Relaxing lovely stay!

First, I had a great time. The condo was beachy and comfortable. It was close to the ocean (across a narrow road and a parking lot) and had a brand new swimming pool.

Great location! We really enjoyed the front deck in the evening. We could listen to the music coming from the pier at night which was enjoyable. The pool was very nice and a nice change from the beach. The property was perfect for my wife and me, and everything as promised. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place!

Perfect location, beautiful apartment. Watching the sunrise daily from the deck, amazing! All the comforts of home, in an amazing location! Only wish it had been a tad warmer. Will definitely visit again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

"The 3 Little Birds" - a coastal retreat.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience at "The 3 Little Birds" was great. It was just what we wanted-a quiet and clean retreat. The self check-in was convenient. We do recommend for anyone staying to print-off the information sent by the property management for reference. I'm glad we did. It helped us find the property and to know what to do once we arrived. All the islands restaurants and attractions are a very short drive but the beach itself is just across the street. The property management can be reached by phone or email but if each renter will print-off the instructions sent via email 24 hours before check-in, it will not be necessary to contact management. Yes, we do recommend this property and may return for another stay next year if our schedule allows.

Weekend getaway

This is a lovely condo, very thoughtfully appointed with all the comforts we needed for a perfect weekend getaway. Tastefully decorated, very comfortable furnishings. Beach access is just across the street and is a very easy walk even carrying chairs, etc. Limited parking kept the crowds to a minimum on the beach in the area we were, which was a bonus. The condo is at far end of the beach from the main downtown/boardwalk area which suited us fine. There is a pier with music that was a little loud on Saturday night if you were outside, but you couldn’t hear it at all inside with the doors and windows closed. All in all a great weekend, I would definitely rebook and recommend.

Awesome place!!!

3 Little Birds was perfect for our mini vacation! It was super clean and tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the porches and it’s super close to the pool and beach! The location was great, we felt totally safe and the beach was not overcrowded. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!
