• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

Birthday weekend

The location of this property is great and has potential to be a great property but needs a few basic items. We’re never stayed at a property that doesn’t provide liquid dish soap, kitchen towels or a scrub pad? If you’re going to have a light colored sofa, you need to clean it. The bathroom rugs were stained and no laundry pods to wash them. The rooftop patio is the highlight of this property along with the 2 car garage. Needs a deep cleaning.
