Ritchie’s Residences of Kensington: The Urban Pelican

The Residences of Kensington are the crown jewel in our array of housing offerings.

The Urban Pelican takes on a fresh and bright design scheme for a fun welcoming atmosphere. The UP is located on the first floor of the 610 building, so great for our guests who desire no steps. The living room-kitchen open concept area is extremely spacious with a custom built eat up island area set for four individuals. The granite countertop spills over to the floor in a modern waterfall edge. Appliance package is all brand new in 2022 with a fridge with ice maker and abundant space for a family. King bed set up in the first bedroom and two extra long twins are in the second — XLs have been set up instead of traditional twins to support our adult workers or families with kids and growing teens.

Each unit comes with a garage, not attached, and free laundry access in the building (not in the individual units). In addition to the garage there is a second parking space available. We also have an outside area between buildings with a large picnic table and smoker/grill for our guests to enjoy.
