Twin Oaks is a family friendly cabin nestled in Bear Creek Lakes. It's minutes away from restaurants and activities. Boasting over 2,800 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, a finished basement + 2.5 bathrooms. You will find everything you need with our kitchen, game room, play room, outdoor entertaining area, grill, central heating and air as well as laundry. Looking for a place to work remotely? We have you covered with our high speed internet and work space. Fresh linens and towels are provided. Please note there are 3 outdoor security cameras - 1 facing the driveway, 1 facing the porch and the last facing the firepit. These cameras only record when motion is detected and store audio/video on an app. *Summer Highlights*

The house is ideally suited for no more than 10 adults as there are 5 king/queen beds and 2 twin trundles. Please note that when the trundles are pulled out, space is tight in the front and back bedrooms.

Parking is available for (and limited to) 4 vehicles.

All TVs are smart TVs. You are able to log in to your own streaming apps - we do not have cable or provide log ins. The televisions have "LG Channels" where you will be able to access free content.

We kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering the house to keep the floors clean for our youngest guests.

Due to allergies, we are unable to accommodate pet requests.

10 community badges are included, we are unable to obtain more. 2 parking passes are included.

Supplies: starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) are provided but longer stays may require you to purchase additional supplies. We provide the propane tank but guests are responsible for refilling it if it is empty.

Wildlife: The Poconos are home to many wildlife including deer, raccoons, squirrels, foxes and bears. It is important to not make the bears feel too comfortable being near humans so please DO NOT feed or leave food out for the animals.

Fire pit: the fire pit is available for use - you must first call the fire department to obtain a burn permit. There are occasions when burn permits are not issued due to increased risk of forest fires.

Cancellations: Please carefully review our cancellation policy. We do encourage guests to purchase trip insurance in the event that you need to cancel outside of the cancellation window.

Please note that occasionally the pool and lake close for maintenance. If we have advanced notice of this it will absolutely be communicated but sometimes there is no advanced notice.

No guest under 18 years old is permitted to be left at the property unattended. We require guests to sign a rental agreement and provide ID for the guest booking the trip. The house is equipped with 3 security cameras (one over the garage, one on the porch and one overlooking the backyard). They are motion activated to record audio and video. There are NO cameras in the interior of the house.
