Wavewatch Inn-Spectacular Simplicity The Perfect Beachfront Home Away From Home

Experience all the simplicity and southern charm that Topsail is famous for! Contemporary reverse floor plan has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths , elevator, hot tub, double garage and 2 living spaces. Breathtaking ocean views, sunrises and sunsets surround you inside and out. 2 large decks surround the ocean side of the home. The covered middle deck has a hot tub and gliders and the top deck is open with plenty of seating and chairs to relax, dine, or beach watch. A street side deck is there for panaramic sound views. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have direct access to the oceanside decks. There are 3 master king suites (one with a full bed also), 2 doubles with an private entrance to the hall bath and a double bunk bed room with 4 full beds and 2 futons. All new baths are being updated for spring 2023.The kitchen is fully equipped along with a grill and second frig in the garage. There are plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, and glassware to satisfy all cooks, even an extra built in ice maker! There are 2 outside showers (one enclosed) both with hot and cold water. An extended walkway with built in decking to hold your beach items greet you after a day at the beach! 2 big screen tv's and a foosball table are there to entertain you. There is an elevator for all 3 floors and a washer and dryer. We have wireless internet, Netflix and Disney plus you are able to stream all of your favorites! Welcome to Wavewatch Inn!!!

What a magnificent place to spend a week with family and friends! Ginny, our host, was so wonderful to answer any questions we had and had the house perfect for us to arrive. The floor plan of the house has plenty of room for a large group to be together but also allows for privacy when you’re ready for a nap! The view is simply spectacular!

Nice place

The owner is very nice and highly responsive to any needs or questions. Perfect spot on the island. Fabulous beach area and not crowded. We loved our time there.

Exceptional ocean front beach house

I was in charge of finding a beach rental for our family reunion. We needed 3 master suites and rooms for young adults and singles. And plenty of bathrooms. The WaveWatch Inn met all our criteria. The decor was beautiful, the kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of conversation areas as well as lots of deck chairs overlooking the surf. The elevator was so helpful transporting luggage and groceries, especially for my husband who was still healing from a broken leg! Everyone made a point to thank me for finding the PERFECT beach house.

Great property!

This property is excellent. The back decks are the highlight - 2 LARGE tiers of deck that are right on a great piece of beach. Plenty of chairs on the deck and a nice hot tub on the lower level. All of the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors face the ocean, which is a great view. The living room has a very large and comfortable couch. All of the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. This is a great stay and we'd love to come again in the future. Ginny was great at responding to emails with questions. We thought that the elevator was broken over the weekend (it wasn't), but the maintenance man responded very quickly to our call. Excellent property!

Great Family Vacay Stay

Great multi level home right on the beach, perfect for large groups. Kitchen has everything you need; bring your own paper supplies, soaps, and bedroom linens as they are not supplied. The host answers promptly and is very helpful. This area of NC coastline was quiet in September which was nice...but plenty of restaurants and stores around. The turtle rescue is very interesting too. I would definitely stay here again if I have a large multi family/ friend group to book for in the Topsail area!

Amazing house Amazing host!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The beds were wonderful, the living rooms were large and comfortable. The view from the decks was amazing and the hot tub was a great treat. All of the bathrooms were lovely and clean. We loved the spiral staircase and appreciated the elevator as well. The host was so patient and responsive. She checked in on us to make sure all was well. We felt truly taken care of! We loved every minute of the 10 days we spent. Thanks so very much!

Family Trip to Topsail Beach

This house is amazing! We rented the property for a family vacation, and everyone was very pleased. The house was very well furnished and beds were really comfortable. We all enjoyed having only a short walk to the beach and sitting on one of the two large decks enjoying the spectacular view. The owner was quick to respond to all questions. We would definitely rent this property again on a return visit.

Beautiful house and excellent owner

We stayed for approximately six days. Communication with the owner was quick and plentiful. We went with our family ages 13 to 47. Everything that we needed to know was available. The house is beautiful and spacious. The elevator was very convenient getting everything to the top floor. The beds were comfortable. Even though it was not the best weather while we were there, certainly kept ourselves busy with games and enjoyed the hot tub during this time. The deck is beautiful and every bedroom on the second and third floor have availability to the deck and the beautiful gorgeous view of the ocean. To hear the crashing waves all day and all night was such a exquisite experience. The beach is a very close distance and is not crowded at all. There is convenience north or south to eat at a variety of restaurants and we ate at Mac Daddys on our night out and the food was good. There is a grill in the garage that works well. The kitchen is fully stocked and then some. Bring your own paper towels. The bedrooms are very spacious and clean as is the whole house. Also, bring your own toilet paper. The TVs are run off of Amazon firesticks so having the online accounts of Netflix and Hulu proved convenient. Overall, this is a very beautiful house and very clean and comfortable. We’ve stayed at quite a variety of VRBO‘s over the years and with the location, quality of the house, excellent communication and convenience of the owner, this certainly is worth the value. We had more than enough space for nine people and likely you would have easily enough space for 11-12. Will certainly contact the owner when staying in this area again. Thank you Ginny.

Ginny is a retired teacher from Montgomery County Public Schools and Bob is a real estate developer in Washington DC. We love to spend our time on the water especially enjoying the views. We have owned Wavewatch Inn for 20 summers. We fell in love with this beach town the minute we came across the swing bridge. It was like stepping back 50 years to the beaches when we were kids.Where can you walk the beach and be greeted by other beach goers, shell collectors and dog walkers with a smile and a kind hello? No more rushing out to claim your space with your chair and towel!!!You can use your boogie board, play beach games or play in the sand with no one watching over you but the surf and seagulls.There is really no beach like this with the southern charm and the simplicity of just enjoying the ocean and the beach with your family or friends! We hope you love it as much as we do !

Ocean temperature is always so warm!! The ocean is blue almost tropical and the views from Wavewatch Inn are magical! Its a great place to fish and watch for the dolphins!!
