ASU Tempe Modern Condo

ASU Tempe Modern Condo is a comfortable, stylish condo with all the modern amenities. It's a 3-minute walk to ASU, TRADER JOE'S, TEMPE IMPROV, RESTAURANTS, a 5-minute walk to the METRO LIGHT RAIL at University/Rural, & 10-minute walk to MULLETT ARENA (ASU + NHL Coyotes Hockey).

Free use of a bicycle and electric scooter + Free onsite covered parking.

A collaboration with local artist Safwat Saleem, the ASU Tempe Modern Condo is an art gallery showcasing some of his thought-provoking pieces. The installation above the work desk (The Self Help Library) is an interactive art display where you are encouraged to participate. (Photos will be updated in the summer of 2023.)

ASU Tempe Modern Condo is a 631 sf (60 m2) recently remodeled private condo on the 2nd floor.

SLEEPING
With a king size natural organic latex mattress, new sound-dampening bedroom window, & blackout curtains, you are invited to enjoy a sleep experience void of most outside noises on a very comfortable mattress with down/feather pillows & a down duvet.

King size bed in the bedroom is a natural organic latex mattress which helps to regulate your body temperature because it does not get hot like memory foam. All bed linens are provided, including lightweight summer down duvets and duvet covers. In the winter, you may request heavier down duvets. The bedroom has blackout curtains.

Additionally, the Natuzzi Italian Leather sofa converts into a pull-out sleeper sofa with a memory foam full size mattress.

Single serving oatmeal packets are located inside the pantry. Additionally, we can stock the pantry, refrigerator, freezer with any items you'd like ($75 plus the cost of items purchased).

TRANSPORTAION
Save $$$ on transportation (no vehicle needed):

* 3-minute walk to ASU (University Dr. and Rural Rd.), Trader Joe's grocery store, Tempe Improv, restaurants, etc.

* Free Schwinn bicycle + GoTrax rechargeable, folding e-scooter provided (see photos)

* Metro Light Rail (5 min walk to/from property) - $2 one way or $4 all-day pass

* Bus stop in front of condo

But if you do have a vehicle, a reserved covered parking spot is provided for free.
