Welcome to The Bourbon Chaser! This newly built 4 bedroom, 2 bath downtown home offers a perfect blend of modern luxury and style coupled with the rustic charm of Kentucky bourbon. Every detail has been thought out for a truly perfect experience! Enjoy an open spacious layout, a hot tub, a fire-pit, a Blackstone hibachi grill, and fast WiFi! We can't wait to host you!

THE SPACE:
The Bourbon Chaser is your perfect luxury modern getaway to explore all that Kentucky has to offer. This brand-new home features a spacious open layout with 4 private bedrooms, 1 King and 3 Queens, and 2 full baths. Guests will also enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, high speed internet, a back patio with a hot tub and a Blackstone grill, large firepit area, along with a fenced in backyard for privacy.

MAIN AREA:
Upon entering guests will be greeted by a cozy spacious floor plan featuring the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating for guests and a Smart TV.

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, baking sheets, Keurig coffee maker, spices, oil, blender, dinnerware and silverware, toaster, and much more. Due to high volume of guests, things tend to run off. If there is something missing in the unit, please reach out to us so we can make your stay a 5-star experience!

BEDROOMS:
4 bedrooms (primary has en-suite bathroom and smart TV) with memory foam mattresses and lux toppers, luggage rack, full length mirror, and fans.

The property was clean, comfortable & in a great spot! We were within 0.5 miles of shops and restaurants as well as being in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was an added bonus adding another nice hang out spot. Every detail of this property from the furniture to the pictures made this place very home-like. The property manager himself was beyond kind and very responsive! We had beyond a 5 star stay!

Awesome home! Close to everything you need. Home was fully equipped and very nice; communication was awesome. We had a long family weekend with my 87 year old mother with alzheimers, disabled younger brother, my son and daughter in law. It was very enjoyable, and we will definitely return! #MAKINGMEMORIES

Great location & cute house

Perfect location for us who needed to be at KHP every day for a horse show. The home came with everything we needed and was located on a quiet street.

Great Railbird weekend!

My friends and I stayed here for The Railbird Festival! Georgetown was such a cute little town! The house was great and was very clean! We had a great fire in the backyard while grilling out! The hot tub was such a plus!

Wedding weekend

Everything was great. 4 couples in town for a wedding that was only 7 miles from our stay. Close enough to town that we walked down to sightsee. House was perfect, comfy and enjoyable. Any questions were immediately answered. Highly recommend the property and hosts.

Home Base for our Bourbon Trail Excursions

Six of us stayed in this lovely house for 7 nights. It was our base of operations while visiting restaurants and many locations along the Bourbon Trail. It is a well appointed home with all the amenities! The beds are extremely comfortable and the hot tub was glorious after our daily excursions! The host was quick to respond to a question we had. We all enjoyed our stay here and look forward to a future visit! We recommend this property with absolute certainty! You won’t regret it!

Very nice

We loved our stay! The hot tub was great and it was just a short drive to the University of Kentucky for graduation. Georgetown did not have all the traffic and was a neat place to stay. I would stay here again!!!

Home seems in new condition, all amenities provided. Did not like that the beds were against the wall on one side and there was one bath adjourning a bedroom.

Busted Keeneland Trip

We were supposed to stay as an 8 person group and go to the races. With the weather, races were cancelled and most of our group decided not to go. Asked the host for some ideas, and they were very responsive. My husband and I went for a quick weekend trip. The first night we walked the 4 blocks (or less) into downtown Georgetown and had a ball. Drove the 20-30 mins into Lexington for Saturday and went home Sunday. It was a great location. Very clean. Hosts were super responsive. Location was easy to find. I think if all 8 of us had hung out for the weekend, it might have been cramped but it was a get out and go trip no matter what and it would've been perfect for 8. No complaints.

Weekend get away

We had a great time, property was very clean and well maintained, and the owner was very prompt with any questions that popped up. The only thing I didn’t like was the neighbors motion detector light coming on when we were in the hot tub. We still used it and enjoyed it, it was hot, even thought it was less than 10degrees during our stay.. It’s a great place to stay.

Meeting friends for New Years Eve

Its was a wonderful place to say for 6 friends for the Holiday! We had room to play cards and games, used the washer and dryer and the most comfy beds! We spent alot of time in the hot tub too!

Great vacation house

The perfect spot, close to everything we had planned. Four bedrooms were perfect for the 5 of us. The only thing we found odd was there were only 4 kitchen chairs in a house that slept 8. The house was clean, the host was very responsive and the hot tub and outside area was great.
