Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home hosted by superhosts! Cook a meal and stay in with games and entertainment, or, take a quick drive to nearby Grapevine, Arlington, Dallas, or Fort Worth.

A trail and playground park are a short walk from the house.

Large living and dining open space for spending time with your group. Primary King suite with mounted tv is separate from the two guest bedrooms. One of the guest rooms has a queen/full trundle bed and a mounted tv as well. There is also a Cordaroy bean bag/full size mattress in the living room.

Vacation Stay

Great property in a good location with a responsive host. Only issue we had was with strong storms in the beginning of our trip that damaged the fence around the yard (given we had our small dog with us).

Great property & host

My family of 4 stayed at this property while visiting friends and family in the area. The house was perfect for us! The pool and hot tub were a hit especially for our stay over MDW. The little touches were greatly appreciated: toys/games for kiddos, stocked kitchen, and starter supplies for everything (think: coffee, paper towels, TP, laundry detergent, etc.) Also, the connected garage is empty so we were able to store our rental car which avoided any potential hail damage during some bad storms. Alicia, the host, is super communicative and very much appreciated. Will stay here again for our next visit to TX.

Excellent home away from home

Great place to stay, in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved this house, the pool & hot tub was a huge bonus. The beds are memory foam so that was the only negative for us. We would stay here again for sure! The owner was very prompt on responding to my messages and very nice. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Wonderful fun house

This was a great place for our family to stay for a week for the eclipse. The pool and hot tub were perfect to keep the kids entertained. There were lots of pool toys and games. The neighborhood is fantastic. Very clean, quiet, and lots of walking paths. Very close to Ft. Worth and Dallas, but far enough out of the big city it was quiet and felt safe. We watched a few squirrels and a blue jay in the backyard. The host is very quick to respond before and during our stay.

Awesome stay !

Alicia's place is very neat and clean and looks at least as good in person as it does in the ad. The house/property is in a very nice. quiet neighborhood. The terrace and the two pools invited you to linger and chill in the mornings and evenings. Contact with Alicia was quick and smooth. There were four of us and we felt very comfortable, definitely at home. We would definitely come back and can fully recommend the accommodation. Thank you Alicia for the great time!

Absolutely Fantastic

I honestly don’t know have the words for this property. The pictures don’t do it justice. This house is impeccably clean, exactly as listed. Alicia was an amazing host who was very easy to get a hold of if you had questions. Myself and some of my buddies came down for a sports trip and this place was perfect. The pool and hot tub were phenomenal. The bed’s extremely comfortable, and lots of amenities in the kitchen. The washer and dryer were an awesome bonus as well. Whether it be a friends getaway or a family vacation, this place has what you need and I couldn’t recommend it enough! Thank you Alicia for an amazing stay.

Vacation home review

Check-in was smooth, and the hosts were responsive and easy to reach when we had questions. The washer and dryer were in good working condition and came in handy during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the ceiling fans throughout the house, which made it feel airy and cool.However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the home upon arrival and ended up having to clean it ourselves. Several maintenance issues also affected our stay: the outdoor lounge chairs were broken, and the couch had ants, making it unusable even after we sprayed it with bug spray. The floating pool toy shown in the listing was moldy, so we purchased and left new ones for future guests.The kitchen appliances were problematic as well—the ice maker kept malfunctioning and melting the ice, and the toaster oven continued to heat even when turned off. Overall, the space had a lot of potential and with a few updates, it could be a fantastic stay. We still enjoyed our time and appreciated the home’s layout and amenities.
