Welcome to Chateau Sherman - our beautiful 4-bedroom home in Cincinnati, Ohio! Our spacious and stylish home is perfect for larger groups like living families or groups traveling together. However, we are also happy to accommodate smaller parties as well! With plenty of room to relax and spread out, you'll feel right at home during your stay. It's the perfect place!

The space
This private 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house is freshly renovated and comes with modern amenities including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a full set of pots and pans for cooking, as well as enough dinnerware for everyone staying at the house. The entire house will be yours for the length of your stay.

High-speed internet is included with a 55" flat screen 4K Smart TV.

The house offers keyless entry with a customized code for the duration of your stay. The first floor welcomes you with our custom mural painted by well-known Jason Snell in our loving common area, along with a fully equipped kitchen that is filled with natural light.

The primary suite on the first floor also offers a large queen size bed, closet, and an attached bathroom.

The other 3 bedrooms on the second and third floors, also offer queen beds with their respective closets. There is another full bathroom off the hallway to be shared.

A family or game room is included with comfy pillows and throws along with your favorite games.

Our spacious backyard is a great place for you to enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh air. Although it is not fully fenced in, it offers plenty of room for outdoor activities, such as playing catch, having a picnic, or simply lounging in the sun.

Experience the convenience of the city living with ease! Enjoy short rides from the airport or to the bustling downtown areas and other popular destinations! We are also just a few blocks away from the Oakley neighborhood.

All pets are allowed here with an additional fee.

Other things to note
We will supply you with enough coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner for a long weekend. However, you'll be responsible for any additional supplies you may need throughout your stay.

All linens, including extra blankets and towels, are included.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to cook a full meal for. We also have a coffee maker and microwave available.

There is a security camera located in the Ring doorbell in the front of the house on the porch, as well as an outdoor security camera overlooking the side of the home. There are no cameras located inside the house.

If you are bringing a pet, it’s an additional $50 fee for every pet.
