Welcome to our modern VRBO in Lincoln, NE! Our private-entrance walk-out basement is perfect for families or groups, with a comfortable king bed, queen bed, queen sofa bed, and toddler bed. The living room has a comfy couch and TV with Amazon Prime. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to prepare meals, and the patio has a gas grill and access to the backyard. Business travelers will love the table/dining corner for a dedicated workspace. Just 15 minutes from downtown Lincoln - book now! Pets welcome (additional cleaning fee)!

Guests have access to the entire basement of our house. While we live upstairs, the basement suite is for our guests only, with complete privacy. Feel free to also enjoy the backyard.

Great accommodations. Relaxing clean quiet. Everything we wanted. Easy to find. Close to major shopping area. Even saw some amazing wildlife in the neighborhood. A small red fox was just down the street foraging under a tree. Great host. Great communication prior to our stay. 5*****

The basement suite was larger than expected. We really enjoyed the king size bed and never used the second bedroom. We especially appreciated the fact that we were kept warm even though the weather got really chilly outside. The BEST part -- no doubt -- was the large fenced backyard for our dogs! Although we do walk our dogs regularly, it was such a luxury to open the door and let them out without having to be leashed. The host was very nice and accommodated our needs. Tomas responded and communicated quickly. He treated us very well. The kitchen was more stocked than I expected and the frig was huge! We had instant hot water when showering! Thank you Tomas for the stay!

This is a view of the kitchen area. (deep sink, large refrigerator, and electric stove/oven). There were pots, pans, silverware, dishes, cups, etc. There was a toaster, coffee maker and a hot water pot! The kitchen was well stocked.

This is where the king size bed was... there is a living room area to the right. A second bedroom (with its own door) is back to the left.

I think it's a great place probably the best deal in town it's a lot bigger than I expected. Our surprise he wasn't charging more I would definitely stay there again when I come back to town.

The place was clean, beds comfortable, water gets hot and great pressure in the shower. Nice area with great places to eat nearby. You are renting a basement. You have to park on the street. Then you have to walk along a stone path down and around to get to the entrance. This isn’t easy while carrying luggage but otherwise fine. They prefer you to use the driveway leading to the path but if you are going to have guests, the driveway should be clear of snow and ice. Also you can hear people walking around upstairs but overall it wasn’t loud.

Comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Ample space and clean accommodations. Bitter cold morning but was warm inside. So many amenities I did not need for an overnight stay but would be ideal for a family traveling to Lincoln. Perfect for my needs when I travel into Lincoln for work. Easy to navigate to the residence. Will be a repeat guest in the future.

The house was very clean. I would have liked to have seen more supplies in the kitchen like pot holders and dish cloth. The washcloths had that old musty smell to them but were clean and the toilet moved every time you sat down on it. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Very disappointed. There were several dirty areas throughout (see pics). Our welcome packet consisted of one piece of paper on a clipboard that was all crumbled as though it was taken out of the trash. There was a broken coffee table, cluttered and dirty cabinet interiors, a moldy shower curtain, electronics that were disconnected and a remote that worked if you messed with the batteries, dirty carpet in the back bedroom, to name a few things. The listing did not reflect the condition of the space. It was not how you would expect something to be presented to welcome guests.

Everything was pretty standard. No complaints from me, but the residents have children so if you’re looking for a super quiet stay then this might not be for you. It wasn’t any excessive noise, but you could hear them walking and talking above you.

Was told it was a basement but the noise before 7 am was a lot. No sleeping in with kids running upstairs and yelling. Garbage can was full when we got there and we had to stack our garbage carefully to ensure it stayed in the can as if we set it next to the can, some type of animal would get into it and we would have to pick it up and put it in another bag. The stack of garbage attracted wasps which had started a nest in the broken door which led to my husband being stung. The walkway is poorly lit and with the amount of humidity it was slippery as the stones aren’t level. Overall cleaning in the unit is ok. Vents need to be cleaned. Main bedroom door has no Velcro to hang the “curtains” Bathroom toilet and shower drain need to be fixed. Bbq grill was dirty so we decide to cook inside where we discovered the frying pan was disgusting so we went to Walmart to buy a new one. If your just looking for some where to sleep unit is adequate but we were using it for vacation so we spent more time visiting with our friends from Lincoln.
