The area is sketchy. Our neighbors were horrible and we almost called the police. From 11pm until 3am they were arguing, fighting, slamming doors, yelling and at about 2am it sounded like a gun went off. However, the unit was clean & every thing worked. I personally would never stay here again because I didn’t feel safe & it’s impossible to sleep when people are making that much noise all night. There also were several people sleeping in cars or tents on the street.

this property was what we were thinking of. it was within 15 mins of Red Rocks and access to the main roads were close

Red Rocks Road Trip

My daughters and I drove from Chicago to Denver to see a concert at Red Rocks and needed a place to get ready before the concert and sleep after, before we hit the road to head home. This was the perfect spot. It was 20 minutes from the venue and was clean and just as posted. We hope to make it an annual trip 😊

Dover place

For the price cant go wrong. It was close to the places we were going. The only complaint is we needed more than 2 towels extras should be kept there in the space somewhere. And better mattresses when you can up grade. It was nice, cozy and perfect location for me and my Aunt. Thank you.

Too basic

Well, our host never sent the door code, nor the suite number. So we had to call by phone to find out these things at night because we checked in at 9:00 at night. And we think that the mattresses are not comfortable to rest on. It's too basic

Beware do not stay here

The booking said that check in details would be provided 3 days b4 arrival. Nothing was posted on that day & it then said contact host. I messaged through VRBO & received no response. I called the hosts phone # & got no response to my message. Next day I did the same thing with no response. The following day I called VRBO who told me they would reach out to host to get info. Even though I once again left a message I received nothing. At noon DAY OF ARRIVAL I received a message stating that room was to be cleaned & once the code was changed I would be sent it. At 3:23, when I was supposed to be allowed into the room at 4 I got the code. Shocker - it was the last 4 digits of my phone # & a #. Why could this not be provided 3 days earlier for less stress?? Once inside I found a used, dried, crunchy washcloth on the shower rod & a dirty coffee cup top on a table. Also even though I stated there would be 3 of us staying there I only had 2 towels & no washcloths. As expected when I messaged the host through VRBO - no response - ever!! The neighborhood is a little sketchy but the property is an old motel that is part of the Rockley Event center. Saturday night there was a party going on with music blasting so loud that items in the room were vibrating and I felt every beat in my chest. This went on until 12:30am and I had a 7am flight to catch. Towels thin, bed was metal squeaky frame and horrible host - worst VRBO I ever stayed in.

Clean room and comfy beds. Convenient location, easy to get to and from. Neighborhood might seem a little iffy but we felt safe and it was pretty quiet at night.
