Beautifully updated 1 bedroom guest suite in the Platt Park area of Denver, able to accommodate 2 or 4 guests comfortably!! Everything’s been thought of for your stay including snacks, parking, cooking neccesities, outdoor grill and access to backyard game and lounge area. Excitingly located between the famous Historic South Pearl Street and exciting South Broadway neighborhoods! Short drive to DU, downtown and Red Rocks. Perfectly situated between 2 rail stations for easy access to the Denver areas, including Denver International Airport.

Modern and updated house hosts cozy, colorful and classic Denver guest suite with private entrance all nestled in the friendly and safe Platt Park neighborhood and historic south Pearl Street (check out the farmers market EVERY SUNDAY!). Your private entrance can be found within the fenced in back yard and will make you feel Platt Park is your new hometown.

Quiet and cozy, yet modern and creatively inspired! Comfortable king size bed makes you feel right at home in this colorful and art gallery inspired stay! The open layout provides ample viewing for this creative inspired guest suite. Checkout the backyard for games and a grill area; this is the only shared area, you might even see my service dog Lumee in the yard on occasion! There is also plenty of space for ski/board/bicycle storage on the property in a locked garage. Laundry room access is available on a scheduled basis.

Cute apartment in great location

Location was perfect (near our son). Apartment was very clean and everything we needed. Close to a great coffee shop and lots of restaurants. We will stay again next time we come visit our son. Hosts communication was great!

Perfect Lil’ Spot

This little gem is in a great location! It was easy to access South Pearl Street, downtown, Cherry Creek and DU. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our quick stay. We felt right at home! Mariel communicated quickly throughout the process from booking, our stay and after. Thanks for a great stay!

Honeymoon stay

This was the perfect spot to stay for our honeymoon! Love the art and overall cozy vibe. Communication with the host was great and the snacks were such a good touch! 10/10 would stay here again :)

Great Location in South Denver

My second time staying here while visiting South Denver. Unit is clean and great for my visit with family. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and owner was super responsive and helpful.

Great cozy spot for 2

I really enjoyed our stay, Mariel is a very gracious host and I can tell she took a lot of care in providing a nice vrbo experience. I'm not well versed with VRBO so when I got there i couldn't find the wifi password so I messaged her. She was quick to respond to help me and get me that password. (It's in the app, for any other newbies) . We also got to meet her dog and the neighbors dogs and they were all so sweet and cute. The bed was VERY comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The mini fridge has also got a separate compartment for the freezer which i thought was really nice. I loved the location, it was a bit of a drive to winter park but it was super great for any denver related activities.

Amazing stay!

Had a wonderful time here! The host is very communicative and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. This was the perfect space for our stay in Denver. Everything was very clean and cozy. Would stay again!!!

Great Apartment

The apt was exactly as advertised. Very clean, and gave off bright/cheerful vibes. We loved the neighborhood and felt completely safe taking walks at night, which was really pleasant. The patio in back was lit up with strings of light, and we enjoyed visiting and playing games out there. The only issue we had (very small), was the lack of towel bars or hooks to hang wet towels and washcloths from.

Cozy and lovely artwork

We enjoyed the ambiance and decor of this house. The ceiling is low/ slanted in places making it more difficult for my 6’4” husband but it was clean and cozy with a nice outdoor space. Enjoyed the coffee, sweets and other foods the host left.

Comfy apartment..

I was surprised that the entrance to the yard made it look like no one lived there. It wouldn't take a tremendous amount of effort to make it very inviting and welcoming in front. The patio and entrance to the apartment was in no better condition looked unkempt and disorganized. The stairs down to the apartment or dirty with debris. Upon entrance to the apartment. I was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and attention to details. I had a couple of issues with the operation of the TV but it was likely operator error. I could not find a thermostat in the apartment and it was extremely cold with the air conditioning on what is probably necessary for the upper house. This was not a big deal as I pretty much only slept there, all in all it was a very convenient place to stay in the S. Pearl St. area is very nice and walkable. I spent two nights at Music events at red rocks, and the Denver area is always a great place to visit. I did mention to the owner that would be willing to give her a hand in the yard if I were to visit again.

It was very cute and clean. Perfect for what we needed. I was a little worried about the location, not familiar with the area. I had nothing to worry about. It was a super cute area and easy to access surrounding areas. Easy to communicate with the owner, which was nice too.
