The Space:
*Trash pick up schedule is every Tuesday morning*
*Recycling is every other Tuesday

This cute unit is a duplex. Please reach out for larger parties.

The Neighborhood:
Broad ripple Village has a free spirited vibe, with laid back cafes, global eateries , lively brewhouses, dance clubs and music venues. Broad ripple park has views of the white rivers. This house is within walking distance to the Canal. It's popular with joggers, cyclist, and is a a great way to cut through broad ripple.

Getting Around:
Please feel free to park in front of the garage or on the street closest to the entrance. If you want to shut off the LED sign, flip the switch on the power cord :)

Other Things to Note:
Walk to cvs and fresh Thyme for anything you need. Located on your street! This is the closest you can get to Broad ripple and the grocery stores. You won't be disappointed indoor location that's for sure!

Burning is not allowed. No fire pit.

For check out, please place all dirty towels in the washer. (Kitchen and bathroom towels) and start the 1st load… if there’s room, please throw in the used pillowcases. Please don’t make your beds…
It’s important for the cleaning crew to know what beds need to be freshly turned.

Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher including the coffee pot and kindly remove coffee grounds in the trashcan.
