Enjoy the island lifestyle of Saint Simons Island with your whole family! Our community boasts GREAT local food, jaw dropping sunsets, outdoor fun, and nature’s beauty. The Beach is a short 5 min bike ride, 15 min walk, or 2-3 min by car.

You get 4 bikes with our rental!

MAIN LEVEL

LIVING ROOM- smartTV, sofa with sleeper bed, & loveseat
KITCHEN- Fully stocked cookware, coffee maker, keurig, table with seating for 6
MAIN LEVEL BATHROOM- half bath
BACK PATIO- outdoor dining set, charcoal grill, 4 bikes, overlooking community pool

UPSTAIRS

FRONT BEDROOM- 2 queen sized beds, smart tv
BACK BEDROOM- 2 queen sized beds, twin sized cot, smart tv, foldable high chair & pack n' play in closet
BATHROOM- tub/shower with unlimited hot water, accessed via hallway.

COMMUNITY

CLUB HOUSE- coin washer and dryer, pool access, ping pong table
PARKING- Each condo has an assigned parking spot. There are 6 guest spaces, as well. These are first come first serve.

A short walk or bike ride to the beach! You will find this Island Townhouse Condo centrally located near the Village and shopping.

Sleeps 11- 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, and sleeps up to 11 utilizing the 4 memory foam topped queen beds, 1 queen sofa bed in the main living area, and 1 comfy twin rollaway bed.

The location of the condo was perfect for all of our needs. The beds were comfy & we appreciated a stocked kitchen. Madison promptly answered all my questions before our arrival. Given the chance to visit again, we would!

The doorway needs some work. My mother tripped and fell and looking more at it because i first thought it was the rug and it raining nope it was the storm door that is heavy and doesnt open well, added to that there is a big lip between the step and the door frame. The storm door caught her foot, plus the mat, the lip from doorway and caused her to fall. I also got hurt from same door. It needs relaced. The fan in the one room doesn't work and both tv upstairs would not connect. The couch in living room has been used ALOT. Othen then that it was a nice place and easy to get to everything. I did notify the host when the fall happened and was able to get first aid kit so that was nice i didn't have to go find bandages that late in a new area.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Condo was clean. Bedrooms and closets were roomy. Location was perfect. My adult kids and husband loved utilizing the bikes and riding all over the island. Host so graciously had an abundance of towels, beach towels, toilet paper and other essentials. Condo even has a high chair, playpen and dog crate for extra convenience to guests with little ones or pets. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Pool was right outside our door as well as the laundry facilities and several outside games to play. Host was very responsive even when my husband and I couldn’t find the keypad which was clearly visible after she told us where it was. Sorry about that 🤷🤷. Would love to visit again in the future. Check-in was very simple. The kitchen had just about anything you could need. The whole place was super cute and the pool area was clean an great for entertaining children. The location is phenomenal, we biked to the beach. I will say if you have smaller children the bikes are big so that’s something to be prepared for, my 11 yr old did fine but our 10 yr old struggled a little. We also had a little mishap and had to return after check out and the host was incredibly understanding and quick to respond so we could retrieve our belongings. Overall fantastic place!

Great location at an affordable price

This was the perfect spot for our large family. The condo was cute with great access to a pool and easy walk to the beach. It was also nice to have access to bikes and extra beach items. We would stay here again.

SSI Wedding

We came in for a wedding and the location was perfect! It was close to the beach, the pier, Chick-fil-A, grocery, and best of all 1 minute from my families bed and breakfast. This place is very spacious. We had plenty of room. Beds were super comfy! Kitchen table was plenty big and living room had plenty of seating for us. It did not disappoint!

Great Location & Nice Price

This property is in a great location. We walked to the beach daily. The condo itself was adequate, and had what you will need. The pool was not working when we were there, which was disappointing. Thebikes also were adequate, but needed bolts to be tightened. Madison is very quick to respond if needed. If you are looking for a decent place for a decent price, this is it. It is not wiz-bang, but adequate.

Check in and out super easy. Communication with property manager was superb! Location was awesome!! The only suggestion I would have is to pressure wash the patio and front steps at the entrance. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent 8 nights in this cozy unit and it was well outfitted in the kitchen and very conveniently located near the beach and other attractions. We could ride the bikes to East Beach within 5 minutes, or to the Pier/Lighthouse within 10-15 minutes. Very quiet area and nice pool as well. Would stay again!

Great spot Great location!!

Was ready on time and very clean upon arrival. Great spot close to everything you want to do. Kids loved having the pool with all the games right outside the back door. The bikes were great to have as well for a nice ride around town or to the beach. Overall the stay was great.

Madison was an amazing host. Property was as described, short of an unexpected issue with a door knob. Perfect and with anything you could need in the kitchen, AND TWO COFFEE MACHINES. For an addict of the bean, I was in heaven. Property was a little older but very nicely maintained. The pool and laundry area were clean and inviting. Not only did Madison keep in touch to make sure we did not need anything, the property caretaker stopped by and introduced himself as well. CUSTOMER SERVICE was top notch and as someone who holds that as highly as I do I can not recommend enough. Will definitely be back!

Family graduation celebration

Loved it! Check in was easy. The home is clean and had everything we needed. Great location. My 8 year old grandson didnt want to leave. We didnt get a chance to use the bikes but it was nice to have them available. Would recommend highly! Thank you host! The Carolina Crew

Comfortable and Convenient

A group of five of us came down for a few nights. There was plenty of room for us all! It was very conveniently located as we were able to walk to the beach and various restaurants. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host was easy to reach and extremely welcoming. I would highly recommend this place!

Cute stay in a tucked away condo

We had a great stay. We had 9 kids and 3 adults. It was a little tight for all of us but nothing to complain about. The pool is right outside of the back door and we used that daily. All of the rooms were exactly what we expected. Everyone was able to sleep good on the soft comfy beds. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and handle everyday life! Thanks for an amazing stay!

One of our favorite spots is St. Simons Island in Georgia. We love it so much we decided to have our own Airbnb property on the island! We hope our guests love it as much as we do! Being a guest and a host for VRBO gives me great insight on providing a wonderful experience for both our guests and hosts!

St. Simons Island is a quaint island in the Golden Isles. We fell in love with this island on our first visit in 2020. Our property is the perfect location for a beach day or hanging out in the Village or boardwalk.
