Pool, tennis and bike ride to the beach!

9 Lauren Lane- Walk to town and bike to Rehoboth Beach! This is the largest model in the resort and it has a water view of the community pond. Complete with 5 BR/4 full bath, this is a 2-story Villa in Eagles Landing Resort. You'll enjoy the wall-to-wall window water views of the sparkling community pond and fountain in the backyard. Watch the herons fish, listen to the frogs sing or watch the sun set from the back sun-room. The quiet community offers nature and green open space yet is less than a mile to Rehoboth's beach, boardwalk, gourmet restaurants and boutique shops. The home boasts two large master bedroom suites, with full private baths. One master bedroom is privately placed on the first floor with no steps. The open plan living and dining room and kitchen are spacious and perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is well stocked and has stainless appliances. There is a first floor laundry area and a full bathroom located in the kitchen. Upstairs is the second master bedroom with en suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms share the hall bathroom.

The Eagles Landing community west of Coastal Highway, and approximately 1.5 miles to Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach. There are amenities galore at this property, with access to the three community pools and tennis courts included in the rental. The unit is only two streets away community amenities. There are three reserved parking spaces in front of the house.

We are no smoking, no pets.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $267.00.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

The washing machine needs to be stabilized. Either clean or replace stained carpet on the stairs and the carpet in the first floor bedroom. Although reported at the beginning of our stay, The ice maker and filtrated water system were never repaired during our stay. The overall amenities were great for our family.

Dirty Rugs/floors

Hello, We found the rugs at 9 Lauren Ln. to be completely unacceptable. There were huge spots in the master bedroom downstairs. The rugs going up the stairs are black. I have spoken with Joseph about these items and included pictures. We were disappointed and believe they were exactly the same last year when we stayed there. Joseph Gallagher is an extremely professional and helpful agent. Thank you Joseph!!

Nous ne connaissions pas cette volle et ça ete une superbe surprise. La maison est grande, propre; la piscine a proximité avec sallw de bain a ete tres appréciés les journees de congé de plage. La ville de Rehoboth est tres belle et les gens sont accueillants. Le boardwalk,la plage... tout etait parfait. On y reviendra c'est assuré

Lovely multi-family home for beach vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I shared this lovely home for a week with our son and daughter, their spouses and three young children. The accommodations were perfect...spacious and clean, with parking spaces directly in front. Our Coldwell Banker agents were wonderful, with quick and helpful responses to booking and a few questions we had after check-in. There are lots of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. The only downside was the driving distance to the beaches and national forest (traffic was heavy so it took ages to go even a short distance), but walking distance would have increased the cost significantly. Highly recommend The Fractured Prune for the best donuts ever and The Point Coffee Shop for excellent breakfasts and bakery.
