Greer Cozy Cottage (Cabin 103)

Summary:

Our cheery 550 square ft cottage has a cozy living room with a gas fireplace for heat and ambiance. It is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom for up to 4 people to enjoy. It's really best for a solo traveler, 2-3 adults, or a small family with up to two kiddos. The sleeper sofa in the smaller bedroom is perfect for kiddos or one adult.

Please note: the cottage DOES NOT allow pets.



The Space:

The cottage is located in the heart of Greer in a small complex of rental cabins. We have a nice shaded porch with comfy seating and a gas grill on the front. All windows are high quality with screens to let in fresh Greer breezes.

There is also a handy gate for keeping the kiddos on the porch and a screen door also. Located close to the National Forest and hiking trails. Two parking spots are available.



Guest Access:

Please note that SAME DAY BOOKINGS MAY BE AVAILABLE, even if this is not reflected on the calendar. Please call us to inquire.



Fires are not allowed on the property due to constantly dry conditions and closeness of cabins. Riverbend guests can enjoy the Little Colorado River between the 2 fences at the bottom of the cabins. This property is also a part of The Lost Resorts, which allows guests to go across the bridge and onto the meadow to enjoy that property as well.

Please note: The Lost Resorts will be reserved for private weddings and events on the dates listed below. During these times, while cabin bookings may still be available, please note that the grounds and barn will be restricted for event use only. If you have already booked a cabin during one of these dates and prefer to cancel due to the grounds' privatization, we are happy to assist with rescheduling your stay.



Wedding Dates



If this cabin appears unavailable during a summer or fall weekend in 2026, please check back about two months prior. At that time, wedding blocks are released, and the cabin may become available.
