For the months of Jan-April there is a reduced monthly rate.please contact me for more details! A beautiful redone 4/4 within minutes walk to the beach. This is a home for a family or two small families. It is completely stocked with all linens and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Tons of outdoor space. Two huge screened in porches. One overlooking the beautiful Backbay Canal. Also a beautiful deck outside of the main living room to sit and soak in the beautiful views in the morning while drinking your coffee or a perfect place to watch the sunset. For the months of Jan-April there is a reduced monthly rate.please contact me for more details!

We had a lovely stay! Check-in and communication were smooth; owners quickly responded to initial questions. The house is beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. We all made good use of both the pool and hot tub. The location couldn't have been any better -- very short walk to the Tuna Ln beach access. We're already looking to book again for next year!

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location with the canal off the back porch and the beach just a 2 block walk. We highly recommend this property!

Beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in Sandbridge. The house was very clean and well kept. It was a quick walk to the beach and my son really enjoyed fishing on the bay.

What a hidden gem

Summer beach vacation

Great house, easy in/out and easy communication with the owner. Pool was nice and the proximity to the canal on the back bay allowed for fishing from the back patio. 5 minute walk to the beach.

Great location on the canal and short walk to the beach. Clean house and fenced in yard for dogs. Plenty of beach accessories (chairs, cart, boards).

Wonderful Stay in Sandbridge

We were able to enjoy quality family time in Sandbridge, with plenty of room and great proximity to the beautiful beach, while in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. The house was clean upon arrival with many of the essentials already provided. The pool was an added bonus for the children! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Love This Place!

Very well maintained. Lots of adders including bikes, beach chairs, surf boards corn hole, large outdoor fans and ice machine!! Nice area fenced for our dogs as well! Quiet neighborhood but yet close to beach access.

Great property close to beach with lots of amenities

Wonderful house just 5 minute short walk to beach. The inside of the house was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach wagon, beach chairs and beach towels provided were very much appreciated. The property is much nicer than the pictures. The proximity to the canal allowed us to use kayaks and paddleboards easily. The only thing that was disappointing was the cleanliness of the outdoor spaces...we all felt the porches could use a good cleaning, but it definitely didn't make those areas unusable. The host went above and beyond in communication. The host identified a problem during our stay and fixed it promptly (I didn't even recognize the problem but it was much better once she had it fixed). All of the suggestions that the host gave for restaurants and fun things to do were the favorite parts of our stay. All in all a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Luxury Beach House

Most beach houses don’t feel as comfortable as your home. This is the exception. Very modern updates and all around comfort. Beautiful views . Spacious for a family of 6 with room to spare. Bar area with ice machine was great to unwind at night. Pool and hot tub area was a great place to relax after the beach. Fish right off the back dock. Only about a 5 minute walk to a great beach area.

Beautiful House and Perfect Location!

Our family (6 adults, 2 small children, and 1 dog) had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach house! From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear this property was meticulously maintained and cared for. Everything you could need was supplied! The house is super spacious and we never even used the first floor. The proximity to the beach is great. Even carting two kids was simple enough! Thank you so much for having us. We hope to visit in the future.

A seriously stellar home

Wonderful property at end of canal on peaceful street. Probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve rented! Very dog friendly with dog doors and fenced yard. Well appointed kitchen. All enjoyed pool and hot tub. Lots of inside and outside space to spread out. Quick (~5 mins) walk to beach. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Grateful that bed linens and towels were included. Cornhole boards got lots of use. Plenty of parking. Owner availability and communication quick and professional! Thank you so much!

Great house!

Great location, spacious house with a great outdoor pool. Couldn’t enjoy the jacuzzi sadly due to an overwhelming amount of spiders and some minor cleanliness issues (Smokey toaster oven due to dirt, unusable grill due to dirt - almost had a fire!!) but I was able to communicate with the house cleaner and expressed my concerns. Any other concerns I had during my stay were addressed with the homeowners while they were in town. Loved the outdoor pool and the balconies on every floor! Gorgeous view of the lake and great proximity to the beach. Fun pac-man machine in the basement and the master bedroom was the whole top floor! If you have a pet, you can bring it. If you’re allergic - bring medicine and some tissues! Overall, great property in Sandbridge.

A Blissful Christmas Getaway

We had the pleasure of renting this property for the Christmas of 2023. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every aspect of our stay was perfect. The location is a dream - the house is situated right on the canal and just a short stroll away from the ocean. This area of VA Beach is not commercialized, which we absolutely loved. It was quiet and peaceful & provided us with a needed tranquil escape. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated, combining modern amenities with a cozy casual atmosphere. The open layout of the kitchen, living, & dining areas allows for seamless socializing and entertaining. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our holiday meals. All bedrooms are very comfortable. A few of them have a nice deck with a sitting area right outside of the bedroom, providing a private space for sipping morning tea or coffee. I also would like to commend the owner, Shelley, for her excellent property management skills. From the moment we inquired about the rental to the day we checked out, she was responsive and accommodating. In summary, our Christmas stay at this property was a wonderful experience. If you're seeking a cozy retreat with a touch of coastal charm, this property is an excellent choice. The balance of proximity to the beach and the intimate, homey atmosphere made for a wonderful holiday getaway. We will cherish the memories created during our stay & would choose this property for future vacations.
