Great house and great location

Our family enjoyed staying at this property! The house is very clean, well equipped and all beds are very comfortable. It's located in a great neighborhood, a few minutes walk from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great family vacation and this house and location were perfect for us. Between watching free movie night at the Cavalier, the beach, the water park, the fireworks - it was a fun filled week!

Great location

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Rob's home. It's very close to beach! Rob was very responsive, and he was great to work with. I would certainly stay here again.

Nice house with short walk to uncrowded beach.

My family had a great time at Croatan Beach. The house was on the corner of the road that led directly to the beach access path. We enjoyed walking to the beach for the day, and then again for a nighttime stroll. Great family vacation.

Great property and location for work travel

Our team was attending local conferences and found the amenities perfect for work and relaxation. The owners were very responsive to our needs and made the whole process simple and easy for us to rent and access the property individually. Great location, clean, and good layout for four co-workers. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!

The perfect VRBO

I loved everything about this home. From the beginning Robb very easy to communicate with. The house itself was exactly as pictured, very clean, great appliances and cookware. Main living area was perfect size for our family group. Location can’t be beat!

Great House, Great Location

The house was as described, spacious, clean and well appointed. It's an easy short walk to the uncrowded Croatan beach, especially with the big wheel beach carts provided by the Host. We would definitively rent again.

Lots of Room for all of us

The property was in great shape and provided lots of room for all of us. The beds and bedrooms were huge and luxurious. It was an easy 2 block walk to the beach and the provided beach chairs, boogey boards and beach buggies were greatly appreciated!

Great Family Vacation House

This property is located within a quick walk to an uncrowded beach. The owner has appointed the house very well - we cooked our meals almost every night there and had everything we needed for preparation. The garden is amazing too! It's obvious that this is a well-tended home.

Awesome home and neighborhood. Very clean and had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed all of the bedrooms and bathrooms so we could spread out as a family. Also loved the private beach. Short drive to the boardwalk when we wanted the nightlife. Great experience. Robb is awesome!!

We had a great stay. A well kept house with all the necessary amenities. Great location, just a short walk from the beach, on the better side of VB. The landlord was super nice. The 4 out of 5 stars because the price, rather pricy....

Excellent house for beach

Very nice house all around. Short walk to beach, and also close to shops and restaurants. Neighborhood is well-kept and quiet. Rating is actually 4 1/2 stars, only complaint was one tire of the beach cart had to be pumped -up each day.

Great location

The house was just as presented and Rob was always available to answer questions. The masks and keurig provisions were a nice touch! The walk to the beach was pretty short and we were really happy with how uncrowded it was. It made for a very relaxing vacation.

Short 800 feet walk to toes in the sand. Semi-private beach next door to the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. My favorite thing to do is to get up earlier and watch the sunrise in the morning with harding anybody in site. Seeing the Osprey dive for fist and watch the dolphins hunt for breakfast. I great way to start your day!

Great for families and a beach that is staff by city lifeguards as well as a place you can fish and boogie boards the bigger waves in Virginia Beach. 5 minute drive to the world famous Virginia Beach Boardwalk. 5 minute drive to the Virginia Beach Aquarium, 10 minute dive to Motor World. 5 minute drive to Rudee Inlet Fishing, Dolphin Tours, Parasailing, Jetsking, and Restaurants. 5 minutes to Grome Park for Surfing. and best of all 5 minute walk to to best family beach in Virginia Beach that is very private next to everything Virginia Beach oceanfront has to offer!
