Stix & Style 2…25 mins from Cooperstown or ADK park; 7 miles from Sharon Springs

This “house” is attached to the back of our three car garage. It has its own deck on the back with access to a grill and gas fire pit upon request. The inside has an “open-floor concept” with the kitchen, dining, and living room combined. There’s a master bedroom with laundry on the first floor, along with a large, handicapped accessible bathroom. Upstairs is another huge living room/playroom for the kids or second couple. There are twin beds, games, books, and another large bathroom! There’s also a queen size sleeper sofa, with a memory foam mattress topper to put on it for additional comfort.

Outside is a deck, with bird feeders in the yard and access to bocce, and croquet. It is on a country road in which some of our neighbors are Amish down the street. The owners’ main house is also on the property…but all completely separate entrances. The rental “house/apartment” is NOT attached to the house.
We absolutely cannot have anyone on the property who smokes, vapes, or uses drugs. This is a health issue for our family members and we ask that guests honor this. If you cannot honor this, even outside the house on our property, then this is not the place for you.
We are close to so much, despite living in the country! We are 25 minutes from Cooperstown, and 20 from Cobleskill. We are 7 miles due North from Sharon Springs and their festivals/events. We are about 30 minutes from the Adirondack park. We are 45 minutes west of Albany and an hour east of Turning Stone Casino.

It’s a very quiet, safe, country road. We raised two kids here and value the area immensely.
