Spaciously huge layout for this 3 Bedroom and 3 bathroom home. The entrances are all on one level, no stairs. The garage has a a ramp as well. The kitchen is equipped with flat cook top, double oven , double sink, dishwasher and large refrigerator. Living room is huge with a large Flat screen TV. High speed internet throughout the house. Outside has a large front lawn and backyard with grill , patio table, fire pit and outdoor lighting. The house has a 2 car garage.

A very successful vacation

The location was perfect for genealogical research. The house was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The house floor plan is excellent and gives everyone ample space. The view of the distant hills and sunrise was beautiful. The owner was quick to attend and respond to any issues.

Comfortable & Spacious Home

This is our second staying here. The house is very spacious and is good for our family of five. The beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked, and James is very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

Exactly what we wanted-great for all.

This sprawling ranch is spacious with a bright and airy feel with windows galore. The views are beautiful. There is something for everyone on this property. Weather you want to relax, walk or maybe even go fishing. This home has it all. We will definitely be back.

Slice of heaven

The house was huge, property serene and a nature lovers paradise. Loved our stay at the ranch would recommend walking the property checking out the pond huge fish! House itself was larger than expected. Clean and beds were very comfortable. We definitely would stay again. Thank you to James and his family for letting us enjoy.

Great but need to fix the plumbing

There was trouble with the water pressure particularly in the showers that also affected the dishwasher’s inability to drain and we had a grease fire on the outdoor grill because we did not realize the bottom had not been cleaned out in a while. Other than that it was really good and I would recommend. Just communicate with the host first to ensure he has resolved these things which i believe he did after we left. The place is big, clean and situated beautifully on a great plot of land. We liked it a lot.

A beautiful home

The home is absolutely beautiful, clean and as appeared in the description. I was a bit surprised to learn there is an apartment in the basement that was rented out to a group of guys (very nice, clean and quiet), and that there are motocross league practices 2 days/week on the property. While I was bit unnerved on this upon my arrival, the owner was very prompt in responding to my inquiries on this, and it all worked out with minimal interferences. Even with these unexpected pieces, I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend the property it is gorgeous and well cared for. The home I would rate as a 5 I gave it an overall of 4 because I did not know of all the activity on the property.

Plenty of room but lacked premier status

Owner very nice and available to fix problems. Large 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom house; name brand appliances, double walk in shower with commercial grade grab bars and very large walk in closet will fit full size blow up mattress in the master suite. Water pressure was low even with only one shower running. Had to search for basics. Towels were not set up in any bathroom. One set of travel size shampoo and conditioner in a drawer in each bathroom. Liquid soaps were filled to half or less. Nice large kitchen looked out over meadow and the motor cycle/ dirt bike race track. Bag of ice (no scoop) in freezer as automatic icemaker on the refrigerator didn’t work. Double wall oven, suggest using bottom oven as top oven took twice as log to bake possible because large crack in glass door. Suggestion: add basic spices (pepper, paprika, garlic salt /powder, ketchup etc) provide Kleenex & extra paper towels and toilet paper should be more than partials. Larger quantity of silverware than set of 4. Only two out of the four gas grill burners worked and utensils should be cleaned and ready to use. Fire pit and wet fire wood sat in high grass next to a very large 3 car garage. New patio chairs sat stacked next to very wore wet and ripped patio cushions and chairs. Trimming grass around house helps with appearance and might have deterred snake from curling up next to side door entry. Garage door is only access into house. Laminated list of local restaurants, attractions & emerg # needed

Great house on an amazing ranch.

Everything about the house and property was great. The owner was quick to answer questions and or provide assistance. He even took the canoe and kayak to the pond for us to fish. Used the fire pit and patio for an evening cookout and roasting marshmallows. 10 out of 10! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks James!
