Steps away from Main Street, this property is close to everything making it easy to plan your visit. It's located on one of Hamilton’s most beautiful streets in the Rossville Historic District, is the oldest rental property in Butler County, and is the on the historic registry. However, the unit is completely remodeled and updated with stainless steel appliances, subway tiled kitchen, ceramic tile shower surround, laminate vinyl plank throughout, and a washer/dryer combo. A cool, quaint place!
This is a single family home that is two stories. On the first floor you'll have a spacious living area that has a sleeper sofa and reclining leather chair. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook a meal or just enjoy a cup of coffee. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a queen bed and a bean bag that converts to a full bed. The bathroom has a spacious shower! Off the bathroom there is a washer/dryer combo if you find you need to do a quick load while you're visiting (don't worry, there's detergent too!).
You will have access to the entire house and off street parking.

This is the perfect location in Hamilton. The property is located in the Rossville Historical District which has such a unique charm. The location is second to none. The property is less than a block away from Main Street which includes great restaurants and bars. Three blocks away from Spooky Nook Sports Complex. Three blocks away from Hamilton's amphitheater and a 15 minute drive to Miami University.
