Everything that I needed

I loved staying here. It was so cozy and secluded. I absolutely loved the shower. I travel a lot and having a shower with a beautiful strong hot current of water is a dream for a weary traveler. The check-in was very easy and welcoming. I’ll definitely will stay here again.

Lovely San Francisco Studio

Lovely studio apartment with all the necessities for living including kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. Parking was so easy and always available. Would highly recommend.

Perfect abode for a short stay.

This property was just what we needed. Our son lives close by so we were able to visit without being underfoot. Definitely will rent again.

Great place to stay

Very clean, comfortable place to stay! I would be happy to stay here again. The owners were very responsive and the check-in process was a breeze. Easy ample parking. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Very nice apartment

We were staying for ten nights visiting a relative that lives nearby. Perfect apartment for our needs. Private entrance. Quiet and nice area with parking on the street right outside. A good kitchen for making breakfast in. Everything clean and tidy.. Recommended!

Communication with Alice was very thorough. She responded within 24 hours to each message. The location of the home was very convenient with wonderful parking right out front. The binder provided with information answered all of my questions. Beds were comfortable; sheets good quality as well as the towels. Loved the hot water shower! Quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay!

Great location

We stayed 4 nights and the place included everything we needed. Great location, fridge, cooking space and tools to cook with, fireplace to keep us cozy when it got cold, and a nice second bed. Alice was very responsive and open to questions.

Cute Casita in Nice Neighborhood

This vrbo is a casita style granny unit beneath a main house. It is in a nice part of town and is a safe neighborhood. I had everything I needed here.

San Francisco stay

The property was a great lower level apartment in a wonderful neighborhood, with plenty of parking on the street. We had a car so we were minutes away from many restaurants and attractions. In addition, the apartment was nicely appointed, clean, and the host was attentive and quickly replied to any questions that we had. We would totally stay with this host in the future.

Excellent San Francisco visit

This property was top notch. It was clean and well-furnished and had all supplies we needed for a comfortable visit. The owner/manager communicated well and ensured that we had all the information we needed in a timely way. It is in a lovely quiet residential neighborhood that had lots of street parking. I highly recommend this property and would stay again if we visit San Francisco in the future.

Short and sweet SF stay

We had a welcoming stay in a lovely San Fran neighborhood near schools. Took a short visit to take campus tours for our teen daughter. We felt very safe in the area. The apartment was just right with everything needed. A detailed binder with maps, restaurants, WiFi connectivity, etc. was a bonus. The beds were a bit hard and small for husband otherwise a comfy space overall. Our stay was a chilly summer weekend typical to the City this time of year. The fireplace and heated features helped us cozy up to a movie before an early morning departure. Much better than a hotel stay! Thank you

Wonderful Spot

Loved staying here. Alice was very kind, respectful, and quick in her responses. The place completely met our expectations and was in a lovely neighborhood. There was always plenty of parking on the street and public transit was only a 10-15 min walk away and super easy to use. The one downside was that the dryer took forever to dry clothes. At least three drying cycles whether we used the timed dry or the auto dry (both had high heat). Admittedly, we didn't read the incredibly helpful binder that is provided so maybe we missed something. That didn't take away from our experience though and we would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Cozy home away from home!

Five stars! I have a disability and some other health concerns where staying in a hotel is just not as comfortable for me when staying for more than 1-2 nights in an area. I loved the fact that this small studio was so accommodating for my needs and that of my classmate who stayed with me later in the week. It is in a lovely area of San Fran—while a little further out and higher Uber fees—it was worth it for me for safety. In the main room area, there were multiple lighting options which was great in the evening when winding down to sleep with two people with different sleep and bedtime routines, the bathroom was a good size with hooks behind the door and plenty of towel racks for two people sharing space. The kitchen was also large enough for my meal prep for the week with a nice fridge and freezer, a two burner cooktop and good-sized sink + 18” dishwasher for cleanup. Dishware and silverware was nice as well as cutting boards and cookware. I hope this studio will be available in my next trip to SFO! Highly recommend! P.S. Alice and her husband are lovely people who are easily accessible and respond promptly to inquiries and check in to make sure your stay is comfortable ❤️

The space was lovely and clean, with character- red floor tiles- comfy bed, and well equipped kitchen. The owners are very responsive. It’s a bit farther out from the neighborhoods we spent time in (golden gate park, marina, downtown, haight)But we had a rental car and it was easy to park (yay) and to drive wherever we wanted.
