Our new home is conveniently located near PHX airport and downtown Phoenix, approximately 10 minute drive. It’s close to major freeways. There’s a local coffee shop just around the corner. We are new to hosting and do appreciate any comments and suggestions that will make our house better for our guests.

We offer mid/long term rental.

Perfect place for our few days in Phoenix

We stayed here during my son’s baseball tournament and it was perfect. Close to their team hotel and easy to get to all the locations from there. Place was clean and it had all we needed. A/C, internet, easy street parking for our rental, kitchen and laundry.

Always a great stay! This little Casita is just right for a couple, & our big pup loves doing zoomies in the big fenced yard. Very comfy bed, new laundry machines, & the massage feature on the shower head was just what the Dr ordered after 2 long days of moving furniture! Great water pressure. Tastefully appointed without being overdone. The host is very helpful & friendly! The neighborhood is quaint with many nicely kept Tudor style homes, & very quiet. And the price is great! We love this place (this is our 3rd stay) & will be sure to stay here whenever we travel to the Phoenix area!

We appreciated our stay. Very convenient location, super clean place with all the things we needed, comfortable bed, nice fenced in yard to play with our pooch and relax. Good coffee place 2 blocks away. Great value.

Great Location

This cozy guest house was a great stay with an incredible location. Very close to downtown Phoenix. I visited for a conference and it was far enough to be homey but also only a 7 minute drive to the expo. Phoenix is an amazing city and this property gives close access to lots of the local attractions.

Relaxing stay in cute casita

I came to Phoenix for a few days to relax and enjoy spring training baseball and kayaking on the lower Salt River. The place was perfect. Spotlessly clean and comfy. It's essential for me to find dog friendly places. The dog treats were appreciated.

Cute Place, Quiet Neighborhood

This is a cute & tidy cottage apartment. The bed is so comfy, & our pup loved running zoomies in the fenced yard.Only drawback is the combo washer/dryer, not efficient at all. Otherwise a lovely stay! the fenced yard.

Dog friendly stay

Property was located near downtown Phoenix and convenient to Major highways. The interior of the home was quiet, clean, and cozy. There was an enclosed yard for my dog, which was important to me. The host communicated well and the house was easily accessible with key pad codes. Parking was available on the street right next to the property. I would recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

nice central location dog friendly. Somehow i must have read reservation app wrong intended to stay 2 nights but only booked 1 night. i thought you must stay at least two nights for VRBO. i had to make arrangements to stay close second night. My first night host was very helpful in getting another place!

Hi Michael. VRBO lets hosts choose their minimum stay! I’m so sorry you had an issue with your booking which caused me a less than perfect rating. To my understanding, it was not any of my wrong doings, but from your own mistakes. I tried to be helpful any way I could with you, finding you a place to stay for the next day, moving your belongings inside, shutting the gate for you because you didn’t want to get back out of your vehicle, etc. Perhaps, you can ensure you book the right dates or someone can help you with reservations next time. So you have a smoother stay/trip. Thank you.

Perfect Dog-friendly Guesthouse

Was very happily surprised by the space inside and out. Full size kitchen with all the necessities. Large, beautifully tiled shower. Comfy bed. Dogs loved the large space outside. Close access to freeway made getting around easy. Parking right outside entry gate. Communication with host was awesome. Quick to respond if we had any questions. Will definitely book again if we’re back in the area.

Quiet & Private, Convenient & Accessible

Charming cottage-type home- i stayed 16 days with my 2 dogs, and it was a big plus to have a private potty yard attached to the house. The neighborhood is quiet, and my truck was safe, parking on curb outside the yard gate. This rental is easy on and easy off of Hwy I-10, making the whole Valley accessible! Owner is sweet and available when assistance is requested. I highly recommend this location to everyone. Thank you so much for this opportunity 🙂

Lovely place, wonderful stay

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was clean, quiet, super conveniently located, and private. The had left really thoughtful touches everywhere, he’d definitely thought of everything. The location was downtown, but was very safe and secure. The yard was well fenced, so if you have pets, they’ll be safe. There is a great vegan drive through by night, coffee shop by day called Frothy down at the corner. Try the vegan jerk chicken sandwich, it was excellent. There is a Safeway about a mile from here. The host is very responsive in case something comes up. Five stars!

Nice place in Phoenix near the Interstates

Nice place. Good kitchen. Enough to cook with. Good oven. Even has spices. Air conditioner on the colder side. The only so-so thing was the combination washer and dryer. It will wash. It doesn't really dry. It takes small loads only and takes forever. Otherwise a nice place and reasonable yard. Nice outside seating area. Even though we were not a huge fan of the washer/dryer we would still go back here.

Wonderful stay in an older walkable area

Our stay was great overall. The kitchen layout was excellent. The bed was cozy and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious but lacking in furnishings. There was no place to put your clothes in or on. There was no place to sit down and put your shoes on in the bedroom. And the futon in the living area was very uncomfortable to sit on. The outside space was excellent not only for us to hangout in but especially for our dogs. The fencing was solid and very safe. We stayed here for three weeks and enjoyed using it as a base to do a lot of fun things in the Phoenix area. The host was very responsive and helpful!

Cozy Casita in a Quiet Neighborhood

This was our 2nd stay here, 6 nights. Everything was perfect. Brand new washer & dryer. A new gazebo canopy over the sitting area in the yard made morning coffee & evening cocktails much more enjoyable. The bed is comfy, the kitchen is nicely appointed, & there are lots of big windows to let in the sunlight (or not with the quality blinds drawn!). Ample towels & washcloths, & the large shower just felt luxurious in this little Casita. Plenty of space in the living room right under the TV for our large dog's kennel.There are 2 nice sections of artificial turf for your pup to play & where you can BBQ...green all year round!The neighborhood is quiet & charming, perfect for an evening stroll or walking your pups! Aom has been an amazing, friendly host & is great with communications.We'll be back for sure! ((Friendly tip for guests: Please don't toss cigarette butts in the yard. It's unsightly, & it reflects poorly on you & this great property! There's a brass bowl for ashes & butts right on the fire table in the outdoor sitting area!))
