Cozy Tybee Treehouse For 2!

Cottage on gravel road, short walk to beach, North Beach Grill, JC Park, Tybee Lighthouse & Post Theater. Open, bright, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, full bath, kitchenette w/microwave, fridge & toaster - no cooktop or oven. Screened porch overlooks magical garden filled w/quirky art & windchimes. The cottage accommodates 2 adults only, no visitors or pets (owner has severe allergy to dogs). Golf carts not allowed. Parking for 1 vehicle unless prior arrangements made with owner.
The space
This is a cottage/guesthouse that was built behind our hundred year old+ cottage home. We share parking area and back garden with guests but cottage is separate and private. The space is for TWO REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY, no exceptions. We want our guests to enjoy their stay, BUT visitors and parties are not allowed. Open plan with hardwood floors, full bath. Kitchenette includes microwave, coffeemaker, fridge and sink...there is no cook-top or oven, but who wants to cook on vacation anyway? Although we love animals, one of the owners has severe allergy to dogs and we cannot accept any pets at the cottage.
Guest access
We will either be available to greet you or leave door unlocked with keys on table. Bringing extra people will lead to automatic cancellation of reservation with no refund so please be respectful and follow the rules. ALSO, both guests MUST have their names on the registration. Guests with no reviews will need to supply some sort of reference before being approved. If both you and your companion have no reviews but would like to share some other form of reference, please let me know.
Other things to note
Please remember, one parking spot unless previous arrangements are made, no pets (one of the owners has severe allergy to dogs) or smoking inside cottage. The cottage accommodates 2 ADULTS ONLY... No visitors or parties allowed at the cottage. We also ask for government issued ID at check-in of all guests who will be in the property. Also, no golf carts allowed at the cottage; you are welcome to rent them and park up the street but they cannot park or be charged at the property. AGAIN TWO ADULTS ONLY...IF YOU SHOW UP WITH MORE PEOPLE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUND.
