Located in the popular south end offering an easy walk to the pier, restaurants, shops and an even easier walk to the beach. This home really offers the perfect vacation spot anytime of the year. Enjoy the large private courtyard with a hot tub and lots of seating and of course the ability to walk back and forth to the beach as you please.

I had a lovely time in this sweet little spot. I came alone for the week and felt cozy and safe, largely due to the walled courtyard that separated the house from the open street. The cottage is the perfect distance from Savannah and the drive there and back is beautiful. The kitchen is very well appointed, there are plenty of towels and blankets and the space is cozy and comfortable. I was surprised at how comfortable I found the bed, although the pillows were fairly flat. I suggest bringing your own if you, like me, need a supportive surface when you sleep. The hot tub was heavenly on the chilly evenings and definitely helped me relax before bed. I only had one issue during my stay; trees were rubbing the house during high winds. I reported the problem and it was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a more helpful host.All in all, I couldn’t be more pleased with my stay and will definitely be back!
The beach is just a short walk from the house and the view is incredible!

Had a couple small issues when first got there, sent text and phone call, the owners showed about 15 mins later and addressed them. Had a enjoyable time and loved the hot tub. Highly recommend!!

Bridget was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. She made it easy for us to enjoy the best of Tybee. We loved being close to restaurants, bars, and the beach. It was perfect for our girls’ trip.

Very accommodating place with an excellent location! We enjoyed our stay! Very clean home with a well maintained fenced in yard perfect for our pup. We enjoyed the clean hot tub also! Not to mention kind size bed was incredibly comfortable. Would return! 10 out of 10!

We had a slight issue when we arrived but the owner was able to fix it quickly and was easy to communicate with. Location was amazing and I would definitely stay again

Great Girls Getaway

This location was PERFECT for our girls weekend getaway. Pros: Beach, Hot Tub, Parking, Home Appointments, Local FareCons: Having to go home!Easy, quick walk to the beach, charming shops and restaurants and the pier. This home was well appointed for four ladies looking to have a great "mom-less" weekend away. After a day relaxing on the beach or sightseeing in Savannah, it was such a treat to come back, jump in the hot tub and let all our cares melt away.The main area of the house was spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of space without taking over the entire home. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you could need - appliances, gadgets, everything to cook and serve a meal or just reheat the leftovers from amazing local restaurants.The host was very thorough with communication and check in/check out expectations. As moms, we all appreciated that the check-out process did not include having to strip beds or do laundry! She was also very accommodating to questions, responding quickly and thoughtfully. The parking was actually more plentiful than we expected. We were able to park three cars (two of which were large mom-mobile SUVs!) completely off the street. On a tiny island, that's pretty impressive.And yes, there were a few quirks to the home, but we all have those and it was nothing that we couldn't figure out quickly or accept as simply the charm of this lovely beach cottage. Highly recommend, great home & host.

Wonderful cottage

We have been coming to Tybee for about 25 years and stayed at lots of different places. This is our absolute favorite! Great location, wonderful yard and deck. Cottage is comfortable and has everything we needed.

Spring getaway

What a great location! The house was perfect for our Spring Break. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed the leisurely pace of Tybee Island. We enjoyed the large yard and hot tub as well as the beautifully decorated living space. It was just what we needed! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Perfect for a family vacation.

We loved out stay. The location was so nice with only a short walk to the beach and places to eat. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The hot tub was a great place to relax and we loved hanging out on the large deck. We will definitely stay here again should we ever travel back to the area.

Perfect beach cottage

My fiancé and I both thought the location was great and enjoyed the hot tub and the privacy of the courtyard. It is one of the most comfortable and cleanest places we have stayed on Tybee. Bridget was easy to communicate with through the whole process.

Not quite ready

The property was centrally located on Tybee beach which tended to be a bit more crowded with partiers, coolers, and boom boxes...nice enough for children it seemed... little walking space at high tide. Beautiful sunsets. House smelled so strongly of Fabuloso that we had to run the HVAC and open doors and windows to not get headache...but was very clean. They had just done some remodeling & house was not really ready for occupancy. An essential light switch was hidden by misplaced art (also strange location so would have never guessed to look back there) & it took several text messages with owner to figure out...they were promptly responsive. As we were preparing to leave, cleaning up kitchen, we thought we'd run garbage disposal even though we hadn't really put anything down it and it sprayed all over under sink...something had not been reattached. We needed an extra blanket and found a closet in small bedroom, open even though lock hanging from it, and found a blanket with old blood stains folded and put away. The house has potential but I would not recommend paying the high price until you are sure it is ready and fully operational. The hot tub was quite nice but did not balance out the grief from other problems. We rent homes all over the world and typically there are notes in the house for how to operate things like a hot tub, where to find weird light switches, or how to get extra clean blankets. This house needs to be more user friendly for this price.

Great place to s

My husband and I took care 4 yr old granddaughter for her 1st trip to the beach and everything was so convenient. I really like that fact that everything you may need is walking distance and just steps to the beach. Besides the beach I believe my granddaughter enjoyed the Jacuzzi most of all. The house itself was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. If we return to Tybee I will definitely want to stay in this place again. beach. Beci

Family time

We loved our kids first time to beach and most of our first time to Tybee Island. It was cloudy so we missed out on sunrise photos. Any day at the beach is worth it. The location and the house was very nice. We enjoyed the Hot tub. Our host Bridget was super nice and helpful. We would stay again . Kudos to the police department for the boost log out car the first day there. Sgt Stuber thanks again!

relaxing stay

The cottage is very comfortable and in an excellent location: close walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. In spite of being held hostage by Tropical Storm Debby for most of our stay, we were close enough to amenities to enjoy them during lulls in the storm.

Trip to Tybee!

This property was perfect for our stay. Steps to the beach is 100% accurate. The walk to the beach was short and easy! Loved the ability to go back and forth to the beach as needed.
