Spend a day at the beach, and then relax on the heated oceanfront porch to watch the brilliant sunsets…we know that once you see the views from the deck you’ll know why we fell in love with this place!

Sandy-side Up is spacious enough for multiple families to vacation together and also cozy enough for a romantic get-away for two. The well-stocked kitchen and open dining area are great for entertaining or feeding the troops. Gather around the fireplace or head outside to gaze at the stars from the hot tub.
When it’s time to settle in and watch the game, move the party upstairs to the media room where you’ll find a 50” HDTV. Choose from playing Xbox 360, pick from our DVD collection, or take in your favorite program on HBO. With the large selection of movies, kids’ toys, games, and books we’ve provided, there is something for everyone to enjoy. And, once the kids have tired themselves out they’ll look forward to bedtime in their own bunkroom, one of our very favorite rooms in the house.

When it’s time to turn in – or if you just want to escape - the heavenly primary suite welcomes you with panoramic ocean views and a private balcony. The suite has a king-size bed, cozy reading chair, plush bedding, TV and a luxury ensuite bathroom featuring heated floors, soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms on the second floor offer queen-size beds as refuge at the end of an active day.
