Pearl O' the Sea - Family Beach House
Step inside to a beautiful and spacious open-concept living area, where the kitchen and living room flow together seamlessly. The bright, modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a microwave, and both drip and single-cup Keurig coffee makers for your morning brew.
The comfortable living room features a large sectional sofa and a smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. This charming home sleeps eight guests across three comfortable bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a third with a twin trundle. For your convenience, the home includes two full bathrooms, one of which features a relaxing jetted tub.
Your private outdoor oasis is the true highlight. The upper deck offers a swing and rocking chair for enjoying the coastal breeze. Downstairs, an expansive covered patio is perfect for lounging or grilling, complete with a fire pit, hammock, hanging chair, Adirondack chairs, and games. An enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Other amenities include a full-size washer and dryer and a dedicated workspace.
Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway. The beach and several local attractions are within a comfortable walking distance.
Occupancy Policy
For a comfortable stay and in accordance with our house rules, the home accommodates up to 5 adults (18+) maximum - up to 8 total guests when including children.
We aim to keep the home affordable for smaller groups. Therefore, there is an additional charge of $25 per night for each guest beyond 6 (regardless of age) and applies to the entire reservation. Please ensure your guest count is accurate when booking.
Exceeding the property maximum will result in eviction without a refund. Maximum combined guests and visitors during the day is 10 including children.
Pet Policy
Fully house-trained adult dogs are allowed to a max of two and max 50lbs each - NO exceptions - $75 non-refundable pet fee per dog per stay. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after (doggie bags provided) and are in a kennel if left alone inside the home. Only dogs are allowed - no other types of pets.
An additional fee of $100 per pet in addition to the standard pet fee will be charged and/or eviction without a refund for undisclosed pets.
Service Dogs - Texas House Bill 4164 penalties for falsely representing an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $1000 fine and 30 hours of community service.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A $200 fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
**Important Information**
Booking Requirements: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book, provide a government-issued photo ID, and have completed the booking platform verification process OR have at least one 5-star guest review. No third-party bookings are permitted, and the primary guest must be present for the entire stay.
Weather Events: Cancellations are eligible for a refund only when a mandatory evacuation order is issued or there is a large-scale outage of essential utilities. Please note that June through November is hurricane season, and we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
