Lawai Beach Resort by Sundance offers a peaceful, tropical escape on Kauai’s stunning southern shore. Located just steps from Lawai Beach, the resort boasts spacious condos with full kitchens, private lanais, and ocean or garden views. Enjoy on-site amenities like three swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. With easy access to Poipu Beach, scenic coastal trails, and charming shops and restaurants, Lawai Beach Resort is an ideal spot for relaxing and exploring the beauty of Kauai.

The two-bedroom units at Lawai Beach Resort by Sundance offer ample space and modern comforts, perfect for families or groups. Each unit features two well-appointed bedrooms, with a king-sized bed in the master and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed as well. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Guests also enjoy access to a private lanai, perfect for relaxing while taking in the varying views of the ocean, garden, or pool. With additional amenities such as free Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry facilities, the two-bedroom units provide the ultimate convenience. The resort’s various amenities, including multiple pools, BBQ areas, and on-site activities, ensure that every guest has a memorable and relaxing stay.

ADDITIONAL THINGS TO NOTE:

**Lawaii Beach Resort assigns all villas at check in. A specific floor/ building cannot be guaranteed.

**Full Service housekeeping is $65 and can be purchased at check in. This includes complete replacement of linens and towels, bathroom cleaning, furniture dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and emptying trash.

**This resort does not have AC

**HOUSE RULES strictly enforced. Maximum 4 people in room and on property for a 1bdrm

FEES: (subject to change)

**All fees are paid directly to the resort at check out and not included in the rental rate.  

**Lawai Beach Resort charges a $40 daily resort fee, plus a $5 Admin Fee & additional state and county imposed taxes-- Daily occupancy (TOT) tax (state law) approx. $10.00- $14.00 per day. A $200 deposit is taken upon check-in to cover these charges plus any incidentals. Debit cards are $500 deposit.

**Resort only accepts Visa or Mastercard.

**Parking is complimentary.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. Specific view categories must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been discussed and agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement or view once the reservation has been confirmed.
