Can't go wrong at Siesta Key

Overall a good stay. Have stayed at another unit at Jamaica Royale, so very happy with grounds and location. Unit should provide more beach towels (1 per adult/total of 2). No other beach amenities, except for wagon, which is correct in listing. Know this before you book. Major downer was unclean dishes & utensils. No dishwasher so you have to depend on previous renters whether they cleaned what they put away. Not likely as coffee pot still had grinds and liquid inside when we arrived. I washed EVERYTHING I took out to use before using it. And washed it before putting back. We told the manager about tub not draining; had to add Liquid Plumber 3 times and plunge to clear. The sliding back door DIDN'T lock! (How do you not know that??) It took manager over a day to reach (out of state) and arrange for locksmith to fix. Makes you wonder how well the cleaning crew does their job. I would suggest owner purchase plastic cups for the use of renters while at the pool/beach.

third visit (stay) at Jamaica Royale

We would definitely return to Jamaica Royale. This is our third time at this location, and we have tried three different places. All of them were very nice. Close to beach, close to trolley, and you cannot hear anyone next to you. Thank you.

Description was misleading. No washer/dryer in unit. Communication was poor regarding beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Pictures of unit are outdated. The fixtures were old and beat up

Relaxing Stay on Siesta Key at Jamaican Royale!

Enjoyed our stay at Jamaican Royale! This Garden Condo, is near a pool,and a close walk to the Beautiful, Cool White Sand Beach on the Gulf.

Great Location

Great location on Siesta Key. Have stayed at Jamaica Royale a couple times now. Access is great to the beach plus there are three pools. They have different food trucks throughout the week and live music one evening. The property we stayed in had everything we needed and the instructions given were perfect. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A cozy little place that needs some TLC

We found that this rental property suited our needs, but required some attention: 1) The floor was dirty. I walked around in white socks and the bottoms were black on the first day! 2) The bathroom sink drain was plugged with hair, also the bathtub did not drain well. 3) Two of the kitchen cabinet doors were hanging loose. 4) Some pots and pans were beyond use. 5) Kitchen pull out drawers had no handles...ladies watch your fingernails! 6) A number of used plastic bags were all over in cupboards and drawers. 7) Living room furniture is near its end...soiled and worn out. 8) Patio furniture outside is sub par and needs replacement. 9) The living room TV is undersized for the room. Whoever does the cleaning of this unit needs to up their game. The cleaners need to relay to the caretaker what needs to be fixed also. In general, I feel we did not get good value for the money we paid. We would not recommend this property in the future. Larry & Lorraine P.

Great Place!

Had a great week! The Master bedroom is spacious and with a King bed that was nice! Enjoyed the beach that was not too far and went to the village via the trolley and the frog bus. The village to Siesta Key Oyster bar is only about a 4 minute ride. Would stay here again!

Siesta keys with family

We had a beautiful time with our kids. They stayed in tower2 and had awesome view. We decided a smaller one be fine for us and it was just perfect. Thank you for the very clean comfortable place to stay.

A wonderful Condo on Siesta Key and very affordable!

Our unit was clean, close to the beach , 3 pools available to use, contact with owner was excellent, location on Siesta Key was perfect (very close to the village). Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location

Location was great, just a couple minute walk to the beach, which was never crowded. Close to one of the three pools. Parking right in front of the condo. Check in and out was super easy and the owners checked in mid week to see if we needed anything.

Room was ready at 4 pm the code was sent to us by text, on arrival the room was clean and had plenty of room for us. This unit is located close to pool 1 and the laundry it was a longer walk to the beach than I expected but still not bad. There was some confusion over the parking pass the instructions said it would be in the room but you have to get it from the office. Over all a very nice condo we would stay again thanks for letting us use the property.

Great Beach Getaway.

We just stayed at this condo and our only thing that we wished we had on site was a washer and dryer, but there is a washer and dryer just right down the walk way. The beach is a short walk. We did the beach service every day and had our umbrella and chairs waiting for us when we arrived each day to the beach. One of the three pools are just steps from the back door. The condo itself is exactly as described and I would recommend this unit and owners to future travelers.
