Don't hesitate to stay at this property. Plenty of room, kitchen fully stocked and I'm saying for "10 people and more" Hosts, are the best I've had the pleasure of renting from. The coffee bar and smores kit was a nice touchBut the best is sittings around a huge fire pit with friends.Great place! The 10 Pak.

This is our second stay at this beautiful home. It feels like a cabin, but it has all the modern conveniences you need. It's very well kept and well stocked. And the owners are great to work with, always easy to contact. Looking forward to next year!

The home was a good size and had all the accommodations we needed! Being on the water was fun for the kids and it was close to Janesville and Madison for more family fun!

Very nice cabin!:)

Cabin was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and the layout was great for our family. Host was super helpful. Definitely recommend!

Kick Off to Summer

Eleven of us (girlfriends) met at the cabin for some much needed rest, relaxation and commraderie. The cabin was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed a riverside campfire each night & appreciated the complimentary s'mores provided. Communication with our host was excellent - prompt & helpful responses to all of our questions. The cabin lay out was perfect for those wanting to head to bed early, stay up and chat & read - or play cards. Thank you!

Brothers golf outing

9 (senior) brothers golf outing. Accomodations worked out great.house was stocked well, great attention to detail, and host answered any questions we had. Perfect setting. Thanks to host and would recommend.

Absolutely perfect!

My husband and I took our children and grandchildren for a 4 day getaway to celebrate my 60th birthday. 18 of us had an incredible and memorable time at the Rock River resort...beautiful, fun and relaxing property.

Nice and Convenient

Nice neighborhood - quiet. Right on the river. Easy to find. Clean. Plenty of space for a large group. Several towns and restaurants within a short drive. Would rent there again.

Relaxing location

Overall the place was nice. It had plenty of outdoor space for group activities. The house itself had plenty of room for people to kick back and hang out. The kitchen and dining area was very spacious so it was able to fit everyone. I’d recommend staying at this place.

Very impressed with the property was perfect location for all of our Kayaking needs. Sandy Beach was completely underwater and fire pit due to high waters, but we may do by making that our kayak launch and moving the fire to the patio

Awesome Getaway

My family and a few friends stayed here for our annual golf trip. We booked for 14 people and our stay was incredible. Perfect for large families and the 2 grills were perfect for all meals without crowding the kitchen. Sleeping arrangements were plentyful and it was close to stores while separated from neighbors. Highly recommend and we will be coming back!

What a great week!

My kids, grandkids, and I had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and well maintained. It has big spaces where all of us could be together, but there are smaller areas if you want to be off by yourself. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. The owners are great to work with. I’ve already booked our stay for next year. packing

Pretty views

The house had really nice views to a forest. Also had an amazing view to the river right behind the house. Fishing was really good. Caught 3 catfish and 1 pike really good size fish. Was an a peace calm area. It was a really chill relax vacation.

We had a wonderful time! Super spacious! I appreciate the labeled lights and nightlights on stairs. Communication with host was very good. We came from out of state and always had lots of questions and they were very patient with us. We caught fish and saw bald eagles! Love being on the water with lots of wildlife!! Great stay!

Perfect for family gathering

We stayed here for a family wedding in Janesville, and it could not have been better. Everyone had fun out by the river or just relaxing in the house. The pictures are accurate, it’s a big beautiful Wisconsin cabin. Brian and Daniel were extremely responsive to any questions we had, and even shipped some shoes that I left there back to me! We could not have been happier with our stay, and would rent this house again without question.

New memories

Room for the whole family (6 adults 3 kids) and dog. We had a great time swimming in the Rock river, playing on the swings and finding adventures in nearby Janesville. Kids loved playing with all the toys and Pac man game in the game room. Super responsive host. We made some great new family memories.

All the Comforts of Home!

We gather as a family each year and choosing this property was the best thing we ever did! It accommodated comfortably our entire party with much room to spare. Too many special touches to mention, we cherished the quiet, private location. The boat was an incredible bonus and was enjoyed by all. Whatever we needed was within easy reach and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook a large meal. Thank you for sharing your property with our family. We look forward to our return in the future!

Family vacation

From great grandparents, grand parents, grandchildren to great grandchildren....we all stayed 5 days. Beautiful home, well kept. A coffee bar stocked with door county coffees, teas and cream. A kayak and canoe; a boat dock for your own boat. Lot's of good fishing right off the dock!! Great ourdoors with a nice fire pit. Fun swing set!! We truly enjoyed our stay. They left us a very unexpected gift of smores makings. This is a must stay. Lot's of wild life on my morning walk. Quite neighborhood. Thank you Danny and Brian!!
