Great dog friendly location and easy bike ride to trails/town. This is an upper floor unit with access via stairs only, so must be able to lug luggage and gear up. Host was very communicative and gave clear check in instructions. Kitchen has all the basics. Overall quiet and comfortable with river and Mountain views.

We had a great stay in Fernie! The place was very clean and had lots of room for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the location was perfect for skiing or going to town.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The property was clean, the landlord was communicative and friendly. The property is quite central and fairly close to downtown and amenities. We would stay again if we are in town next time.

Good location for skiing. Beds are comfy and place was clean. Living area is small for us. Only 3 can sit and watch TV for example and only 4 can fit at the dining table.

Had everything we needed. Super cute and clean. Close to everything that Fernie has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

The day before our booking, the host advised there would be construction taking place which would result in no access to deck/bbq. We were offered a 500 credit which was great and still have yet to receive. The construction noise, activity, lack of parking and general safety surrounding resulted in a terrible stay unfortunately. Not the hosts fault per se but given the impact and late notice, I’m not sure 500 was sufficient. Now, for host control issues. 3 rolls of toilet paper for a family of five for a 12 day stay, zero paper towels, watered down hand soap in half filled dispensers, all dishes except 1 plate and a couple of bowls in dishwasher which at least were clean, apparently clean bedding left in dryer which was still damp, toilet stained with previous guests excrement. I realize this may seem extraordinarily picky however I’m sure others would appreciate this. Absolutely no seasonings of any kind and no heads up that even salt and pepper would need to be brought. Maybe we’ve just been lucky? All previous rentals we’ve found all condiments and even coffee. Going up steep and grate stairs are not fun for anyone, especially large dogs. Owner said they would add photo and note re stairs, have yet to see. Power went out, gas had to be turned off and there were issues with relighting appliances according to Fortis. And after inadvertently selecting a 1 rating originally which somehow got submitted prior to anything else being added like I have now, host has ghosted me.

Hey Bryan, sorry to hear that your stay wasn't up to standard. Particularly regarding the cleaning we are really sorry we weren't up to our usual standard. This was mainly the result of a short turn around between guests but is still not what we want our guests to experience. However we do not appreciate dishonest comments. You were given almost a week of notice about construction activity that was out of our hands and an open ended offer for help or a full cancellation if you needed. You were happy to accept a discount which was processed during your stay. The condo is fully stocked with toilet paper and jclothes instead of paper towel. If you were having issues we could have explained where to find more. We have a long and detailed chat history that ended with a pleasant fairwell and no lingering questions, I don't think that contemplates ghosting.

Just what we needed

Welcoming little place to stay - fit the 7 of us well with very comfortable beds and lots of sleeping space. Sitting area is a bit small but has a nice warm fireplace to snuggle up to. Overall was great for what we needed!

Great Spot!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Tim and Amy's condo with my children and grandchildren. It was completely as advertised. 5 minutes to the ski hill, 5 minutes to town and all the amenities. A couple of big dumps of snow helped! The accommodations were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with a huge fridge. The hosts were very easy and prompt to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Family ski trip

Great location for a great price! 5 minutes from Fernie Alpine Resort. The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Check in was super easy and convenient. Communication with the host was easy and always got a response with in 15 minutes.

Clean, Convenient, Pet Friemdly and Perfect!

We came paddling amd hiking with my golden retriever. Perfect location, condo is well equipped, location is perfect for quick access to Fernie Provincial Park and town. Nice area to walk our dog and great view of the mountains. Host was quick to reply with questions we had. Perfect accommodations for us! We will be back!

Property was exactly as expected. Amy was great with responding quickly to questions. Only complaint would be the icy landing and no shovel to deal with the snow. However, that was the property mngt company and not Amy. It was a great little place and worked well for our group

Ski Getaway

Views of the mountains were great from this property including Fernie Alpine Resort. The space was comfortable including the loft area which was the highlight. It appeared that some of the spaces were just recently renovated, and still needed some of the finishing touches completed. Other than that this place was great.

Riverside condo

Exactly as listed - 3 bedroom condo next to river. Everything great & appreciated the games. Not 5 stars as unit not air conditioned and was very hot in afternoon and evening. Could not keep windows open at bedtime to cool off condo because too loud traffic noise. Not usual to be this hot in September but would be issue in summer.
