DETAILS: A Peace of Gold is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house located in the Nature Walk community of Seagrove Beach that sleeps 8. With access to the Gathering Place, guests will love the zero-entry pool, playground, beach chair service by 3rd party, and more!

Step up to the screened-in entryway with outdoor seating before entering this 2-story home with an open layout. The first-floor great room blends the dining, kitchen, and primary living areas together with splashes of blue and vibrant beach-themed artwork. With 2 matching sofas and 2 armchairs, this welcoming space is perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The adjacent kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a kitchen island with a built-in sink. Host friends and family at the 10-seat dining table to play board games or share a meal. For convenience, there is 1 primary bedroom located on this floor with a private bathroom and a full-sized washer and dryer.

Upstairs is an additional living area with a queen sleeper sofa and 2 ottomans with a TV for entertainment. *RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood and will be towed at your expense.

**Please note that in order to utilize the Low-Speed Vehicle that comes with the home, you will be required to pay a $30 non-refundable deposit to 30a Gulf Carts.

*Please note that The Gathering Place will be closed for a major pool resurfacing project from Monday, January 27th, to the end of February. Owner badge access will be turned off, and closure notices will be posted on both gate accesses.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 50lbs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400, plus tax.
