With king and queen beds, Wi-Fi, EV charger, full kitchen, and firepit under string lights, it’s perfect for snowy walks to the ski and sledding hill.

Important: Community Amenities – Seasonal Availability
• Swimming in the lakes is open Memorial Day-Labor Day.
• Boating is available year round. If renters bring their own boat, there is a $20 fee for boat pass. No gas-powered boats are allowed.
• All Outdoor Amenities: Closed during the winter season (from the first snowfall through April).
• Winter: The sledding hill and ski hill are available depending on the amount of snow. There is ice skating at Pilgrims Lake and ice fishing at Locust, East, or Pine Lakes, if frozen. The Recreation Department will also organize events and activities throughout fall and winter (luncheons, Pizza & Wings, Arts & Crafts, Octoberfest, Breakfast with Santa, etc).

You must pre-register all guests and vehicles with the community at least 3 days prior to your stay. The maximum number of guests is 8 INCLUDING infants and toddlers. Wristbands are required to be worn while using the numerous community amenities. Eight wristbands are provided for our guests at no additional cost. There is a $35 fee per lost bracelet for replacements.

Indoor Comforts:
This 2,868 sq. ft. retreat is bright, spacious, and designed for gathering. Cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan make it easy to cook, dine, and relax together, whether you’re celebrating with friends or enjoying family time.

Bedroom Layout:
Ground Level – Master Suite (Bedroom 1): Two double beds, a sitting area, and a walk-in closet with toys for kids. The ensuite bathroom features a two-person jacuzzi tub and oversized glass shower—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
Upstairs – Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a twin daybed, offering flexibility for families or groups.
Upstairs – Bedroom 3: Plush California king bed for a restful night’s sleep.
Family Loft: Pull-out couch for additional guests.

Kitchen & Dining:
The custom kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, and plenty of dinnerware. A live-edge dining table seats 10, so your entire group can gather for meals. The open design flows into the great room, where a leather sofa and fireplace set the scene for cozy evenings.

Entertainment:
Stream your favorites on large-screen Roku TVs in both the great room and family loft. A sound bar, Bluetooth speaker, and record player bring music to life. For games and fun, enjoy the tournament-size pool table, classic board games, and an arcade system. A wet bar and wine fridge are also ready for your favorite drinks.

Climate Control:
Central heating and air conditioning keep the home comfortable year-round, with ceiling fans in the bedrooms, great room, and loft for added airflow.

Fireplaces:
Two propane fireplaces provide a warm glow and cozy atmosphere on chilly evenings.

Work-Friendly Spaces:
Each bedroom includes a private desk, and the home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), making it easy to work remotely if needed.
