Esta casa de 5 camas se actualiza en todo momento y cuenta con su propio muelle personal, habitaciones enormes pero acogedoras, una sala de juegos masiva a solo unos pasos del agua y enormes áreas de estar al aire libre. Pasee por su propio paseo marítimo personal hasta la playa de arena y el muelle, disfrute de las vistas del amanecer y el atardecer desde la terraza con vistas a los hermosos jardines y el lago, y pesque y bote fuera del muelle durante la temporada o disfrute de las tranquilas vistas de invierno mientras toma un descanso de las pistas de esquí!

La cocina cuenta con mostradores de granito y el piso principal cuenta con pisos de madera y espectaculares vistas al lago desde las amplias ventanas. There was 12 of us plenty of room for everyone and then we did an Easter dinner with our local family and there was a total of 17 of us for Easter ! Plenty of space and so many things at the house for all ages to enjoy! Loved staying here and we have stayed at a bit of houses and this one is deff in our top 3! Will look at booking again such a nice family trip ! The lake and sand is such a huge hit to the house! We left one time for 1 dinner out of a 3 night stay they rest of the time we stayed at the house because there is so much to enjoy thank you so much Pete!

This house was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck overlooking the water. The kitchen was well-stocked and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable with ample room for a group of 11 . The kids had a blast fishing off the dock Pete, the host, was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Every detail of the house contributed to a relaxing and memorable stay.

MDW family reunion

Wonderful family vacation on the water

We had an a wonderful time during our week long stay at this property. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for 6 adults, 6 kids, and an infant. We absolutely loved the view, and appreciated having access to a dock for fishing and boating in our backyard. Pete was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and helped us almost immediately when a few small issues popped up.

Great winter vacation!

The property was perfect for our large family vacation! Plenty of space, large bedrooms, 3 full baths! While it does need a little updating, the new owners have made improvements that were great for guests, such as new mattresses, a new large sectional couch and plenty of seating! I would recommend this for a large group or family!

Amazing Property

Just completed a weekend stay- all in our group loved the property. Owner has thought of everything a renter would need, and communication was fantastic throughout. Site pictures don’t do the house and view of the lake at sunset enough justice. Absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to return!

A beautiful lakefront property

We enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful and quiet lake, without motor boats. We enjoyed floating, kayak and canoe trips. The amenities of the community are available and we used the pool, tennis courts, and the game room. The house is spacious, with a good gathering space and game area and plenty of beds.

Excellent stay, great view

The highlight for us was the view and the hang-out room…the arched ceiling accented with wood planks and the beautiful fireplace overlook the lake that gets all afternoon and evening sunlight. Master bedroom was huge and can easily fit a queen blow-up mattress in there as well if you need additional/alternate sleeping arrangements. We were only there for two nights and it was cold so didn’t use the yard so can’t speak to anything there. Pete was great to work with and answer any questions we had beforehand, as well as during our stay. Great stay and great property.

Lovely home. Needs some TLC

Family enjoyed our vacation. Very pretty home and lake. Fishing was fun for the grandboys. Enjoyed the beach also. House was clean but in need of kitchen updates on appliances and cooking items. A second refrigerator would be ideal. The exterior could use a good power washing and extermination for all the spiders. Host was easy to get ahold of when we had questions. The access gates need updating due to difficulty opening with QR codes.

Hi Joan, so happy you enjoyed the week at the house, and hope you enjoyed the July 4 celebrations! That's a great suggestion for a second fridge, and I will look to add one in the garage. Apologies that there was not a hand mixer present at the beginning of your stay, and hope you found the one I shipped there during your stay to your liking. All kitchen appliances as well as the washer and dryer were purchased brand new in the last 1-4 years, and I hope they all worked great for you during the stay. We do also regularly try to remove spiders and webbing from the exterior of the house. As the house is on the lake, it is impossible to completely eliminate all spiders. Hope you have a wonderful summer!

Great spot for a group

Overall, stay was nice. The owner Pete was very communicative/responsive and accommodating. Plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out -- living room was a great place to hang out as a group. Our stay was in winter -- very peaceful walking our dog in the snow and cozy when back home with a beautiful view of the lake. There are a few elements that could be improved but it doesn't detract from the stay now looking back on it 2 weeks later -- specifically, the fireplace is not easy to manage and requires supplemental information to turn it on. Even with it, couldn't reliably use it. Believe this should be an investment that is made to improve the experience. But to reiterate -- overall, a nice place for a group to spend time together.

Hi James, I'm really glad you enjoyed the stay! The winter really is an amazing time to be at the house especially with some of the white stuff as we've had much of so far this year! I had my contractor take a look this week and the fireplace needed a tune-up and now is back to working as it should. My apologies that it gave you some trouble to operate. Wonderful week in the Poconos!

The house has a great layout and was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 young children. The lake is so peaceful and serene. We enjoyed access to the canoe, the grill, and the fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Enjoyed Boulder View Tavern for a nice dinner out! Highly recommend for a vacation with family!

What a great week!!!!

My family (6 adults, 5 children) had an amazing week. Pete is so responsive to any/all questions. The house was beautiful and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Being lakefront and having the kayak, paddle board, etc entertained my family for the entire week. Fishing off the dock was a huge hit!! The firepit was well used. The children used the pool and the adults did stand up paddle boarding (a very reasonable fee). We highly recommend this home!!! Thank you, Pete, for sharing your home with us!!
