A luxurious, historic loft in the heart of the Old Market

This luxurious, 1,300 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a historic landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 2 bed 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building all while providing premium amenities throughout the loft. Paired with this amazing space is easy access to downtown restaurants, shops and destinations. Less than a mile walk/drive to Charles Schwab Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena.

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to Charles Scwab Field (CWS) and CHI Health Arena.

Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

The loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a king bed, spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and great views of downtown Omaha. In the second bedroom you'll find a queen bed.

The living room space features ample seating, great downtown views, along with a comfy queen sleeper sofa. You'll also find board games in this space for some added fun.

For additional in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Parking garages are available nearby. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

The room and location were fantastic. Excellent property and hosts, I'd definitely stay there again. One critique, the window shades in the king bedroom and bathroom are see-through. So, it was pretty bright as the sun came up and it was quite awkward not knowing for sure if the people in the neighboring building could see us through the shades, particularly at night when we had our lights on. The main picture of the living room shows how see-through the shades are.

Late Night at the Zoo

The apartment worked out perfectly for our group. It was close the the zoo and the Old Market offered plenty of things to do. I would stay here again for our future trips to Omaha.

Perfect for the three of us !

We stayed one night with our adult daughter and the loft was very nice, good location, easy checkin and out. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so we didn’t disturb each other. Close to unique shops and many restaurant options.

Weekend in Old Market

We were in town to celebrate a friend’s 40th birthday. I love the location. So nice to be able to walk everywhere. A lot of restaurant options close by. The apartment was super clean and very accommodating. We had a great time!

Great stay

Overall no complains with the space. It was perfect! We walked to CHI center for a concert. However- if you are a women, don’t go out in the neighborhood by yourself after dark/ late hours.

GREAT stay!

Our stay went really well! We were in town for a conference and it was easy to walk to our events. We also enjoyed the restaurants and shopping nearby. The only issue we had was that the outlets in the living room/kitchen didn't work except the outlet between the range and the sink. Just wanted to mention it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Fun spot in great location

Pros-great location of the city, spacious, comfortable beds, clean, easy access, safe, loved the character of the place. Cons-emailed and texted property manager in advance of our stay and never heard back; sofa bed has a mattress but was wrapped in plastic and no sheets were available so doesn’t sleep 6; unit was a bit chilly and heat was not adjustable.

Fantastic Girls Weekend

I would have given 5 stars down the board, but I attribute lack of response to my questions to the third party booking. We also stayed for a weekend and Saturday night was difficult to fall asleep for the person sleeping on the sleeper sofa. The place itself was perfect as were the amenities. Overall, we had an incredible stay & even w/ the bars & partying below, we never felt unsafe. I would gladly stay here again!

Nice condo, fun location

Clean, sunny condo in heart of Old Market. Comfortable beds. Easy access. Excellent communication from host — detailed instructions with pictures. Washer/dryer in unit a plus. Easiest checkout ever (“turn out the lights”). Experienced some city noise in the apartment but normal/expected given the location. Needs a few more supplies (eg towels, kitchen items) but highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Omaha stay

It’s clean and in a good location. Advertises to sleep 7. It really sleeps 6 at max but 4 comfortably. There aren’t even 7 pillows. I was disappointed with the false description. When I emailed the host about the cot I received no reply.

Description

We had a great stay, I would highly recommend it. The only problem was that the description had a pull out couch so it could sleep six people. That was not the case. The couch was actually a very small sofa that you couldn't even sleep on if you wanted to. We ended up having to call the property manager to bring us a cot and a blowup mattress. I would just highly recommend either getting the couch that is listed and in the picture or change the description please
