Flagstaff Adventure Getaway! Trail Access, Central A/C, New Home Built in 2023!

Summary:
This is a new adventure-themed home built in 2023. Walk or bike from the house to the peaceful pines and fresh air of Mt. Elden, Picture Canyon, and the Arizona Trail.

Close to downtown Flagstaff, NAU, REI, Snowbowl, sled riding, Continental Country Club, Flagstaff Mall, and historic Route 66.
Day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Lake Powell, Glen Canyon Dam, Petrified Forest, Painted Desert, or Meteor Crater.

The Space:
Relax on our 2nd story balcony or front porch when not out enjoying all the outdoor activities the area has to offer, or cook a meal in our well-equipped kitchen with all-new stainless steel appliances. The living room features a comfy sectional and a 65” SmartTV, or enjoy our electric console fireplace.

Our upstairs, mountain-themed bedrooms feature comfortable beds and linens. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with an en suite bathroom, while our second bedroom has a queen with a bathroom and shower conveniently located adjacent to the room—each with large-screen smart TVs.

A door code will be sent to you prior to arrival

The Neighborhood:
This is a brand new housing development finished in 2023. You can walk or bike to several trails. At the top of the hill, there is a trailhead with access to the peaceful pines and fresh air of Picture Canyon and the Arizona Trail. Access to Mt. Elden is across the street!

Precisely as described and pictured!Awesome place - almost like it was purpose built for a vacation rental. Had everything one could desire and ask for in a rental. Nothing extra. Beds are comfortable, as are pillows. Place was professionally cleaned and very organized - I appreciate that. Quiet nice street. Good shower pressure.

This home provides a convenient location in Flagstaff. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is well appointed and very clean! We were able to relax comfortably after enjoying the many outdoor activities in the surrounding areas. Many local hiking trails located near this home.

Beautiful Property

Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful view. The property was very clean. The host had thought of every small detial to make it cozy and feel like home. Such a reasonable price for the space and accomodations. I would highly recommend staying here!

Lots of good things about this house

We really enjoyed our time. It’s a great house. Just 2 things prospective renters might want to know. One, the house smelled like cigarette smoke. That is really a statement about previous renters, but it was a bit of a negative for us, as I’m allergic to cigarette smoke. Hopefully that has been addressed since we’re left.Two, the house itself is on a quiet street with excellent trail access by foot…however, there is a lot of road noise from the major road behind the house, not far away. There were a lot of sirens while we were there. So not a nature getaway, if that’s what you want. But I really like the house anyway:)

Quick trip through Flagstaff

I highly recommend this property. It was clean, well equipped, comfortable and located close to restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was quiet and the views from outside the front door were great!

Second time visiting

Stayed here in October 2024 and decided to use the house as our base for our April 2025 trip to.Property has everything you would need plus close access to grocery, mall, and restaurants. This time we explored Lowell Observatory, historic downtown Flagstadf, and day trip to Desert Botanical Gardens in Phoenix. We took 87 on way back so got to see more of Arizona off the beaten path.

Very nice and comfortable.

The house if very easy to get to, just off a main artery in a small, new neighborhood. Very comfortable. Clean with all we needed. Slept very well, comfy bed!

Beautiful place, great location!

We did a lot of exploring during our stay in Flagstaff. As a result, we did not spend a lot of time indoors and only really used this as a place to sleep and shower. It was clean, well stocked and in a convenient location. Perfect for eBay we needed! We appreciate the opportunity to stay here.

Perfect Size and Location

We only stayed 2 days and 3 nights. It was just the right size for my brother and I for our visit to the Grand Canyon,Meteor Crater, and Four Corners. Gave us each our own space when we returned.
