Great place. Clean well maintained. Johnaton was very helpful. Everything we needed. Was a bit out of town. Need a rental car. You can walk someplace but along a main highway. Really laid back a great place to recharge.

Great Place!

This place was amazing! We really enjoyed the property and the hosts. Our one suggestion would be to rent a car if staying at this location because there is nothing within walking distance.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place was not fancy, but very clean and functional, and relative to the overall cost of goods and services in T&C, a good bargain. Very comfortable bed. Very secure with keyed entrance gate. Manager quickly addressed a couple of issues we identified (like replacing a broken beach umbrella they provided for us). Agree with previous reviews, you absolutely have to have a car, since you're not within walking distance of much of anything. But that also means peace and quiet. Really no reason whatsoever not to give it two "Thumbs Up!" from us.

Great Place

Awesome place, just a little remote! I was afraid to drive due to the other side of the street driving which is different from the US. We loved our abode and the staff was amazing. The owner seemed to get a little upset with us about the air conditioner which stressed me out a little. However, I would definitely stay there again if I visit again.

Wonderful!

WE thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pink Villas. The property is beautiful, clean, comfortable and easily accessible from main attractions in Provo. It was a refreshing retreat to return to each day and an evening dip in the pool was much appreciated. Our host Wilbert was very friendly, attentive and informative. He always made sure that we had everything we needed and was easily reached when needed. We were well taken care of and felt safe. I highly recommend this property!!

Great people, great service, unforgettable stay

Great experience. Stayed here while I was in town for a buddies wedding. The property owners answered when we called, actually came to pick us up when we landed, and brought us to their amazing property. Their son David helped us get checked in and was extremely polite. We had a great time chatting with him. Also, they have a personal connection to a driver named Mr. Higgs, who made traveling to and from restaurants, beaches, and the airport quick and easy. I am hoping to come back to this property again next year!

Nice and Cozy with all that is Needed

We rental this property from April 9 2023 for 1 week! From first communicating with Christine/Wilbert to the day of departure was excellent. They responded rapidly and professionally with kind heart and pleasant suggestions. It was a pleasure to stay there and would definitely recommend this property, from the cozy apartment to the lighted heated pool and beautiful ambiance for relaxing day or night! Completely private so you can feel relaxed! Many thanks to the host for helping to make our trip memorable!

Great stay at the pink villas

We enjoyed our stay very much. This was a great home base with our car rental for us to explore the island. 20 mins or less took us to most anywhere. We enjoyed the freedom of trying different beaches instead of staying in Grace Bay where it's busier and more touristy. We actually preferred Taylor Bay Beach and the quiet end of Sapodilla Bay Beach the most. Unit was clean and comfortable and the hosts couldn't have been more friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Would have enjoyed if the amenities such as chairs and BBQ were included in the price but the unit was affordable and the extras were clearly marked on the site so not a problem. The pool was nice and warm in the Summer, no pool heat required. While the area is more residential, we enjoyed seeing the real Provo instead of being stuck in Grace Bay. Complex was gated and we always felt safe. Hope to visit again someday.

We were blown away with the property and the owners! This space was away from the tourists part of grace bay but easily accessible to everything with a rental vehicle. There is no public transportation on the island so a rental car is a must and worth every penny to allow you to see everything there is to see on this island. We felt safe and so welcome. The hosts were very helpful and willing to accommodate you with anything you may need. We stayed for 17 nights and were still not ready to leave. We purchased groceries from both the IGA and sunny wholesale stores and made our food every night and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We only ate out a few times at local island hot spots. I would stay here a million times over and highly recommend this vrbo

Wonderful stay and hosts

The Pink villas property is a jewel in paradise. The condo was very clean and had everything needed to enjoy your stay. You could just show up without toiletries if need be they had everything shampoo, rinse, body wash, washing detergent and hand soap provided. the kitchen provided all large appliances and small for your blending needs! Nothing was a miss and Mr. Wilbert and Christine the hosts was perfect and there to assist. You need to rent a car to navigate to all the most beautiful beached in the world. Snorkeling was amazing and beaches and a mil places to eat, drink and be merry. The pool at our villa was perfect for morning or afternoon swims and an outdoor shower for after the beach day. 10 stars. Thanks for a great vaca. We will be back.

We recently stayed at the Pink Villas and overall had a very positive experience. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The space was perfect for a couple, with a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area that made it easy after a long day out. The apartment is about 20 min from downtown Provo and I definitely recommend renting car.
