Romántico bungalow ubicado a 250 metros de la playa Pelican en el tranquilo extremo oriental de la hermosa Grace Bay. El alojamiento consta de una habitación con una cama king size, amplio vestidor y baño con ducha. Sala de estar / comedor de planta abierta brillante con sofá que se convierte en una cama de matrimonio perfecta para una segunda pareja o un niño mayor. Chicco Playyard disponible para bebés a pedido. La cocina contiene un fregadero doble, nevera / congelador de acero inoxidable, cocina a gas, cafetera y microondas. Lavadora de carga superior de la marca Frigidaire / secadora de carga frontal para ropa ubicada en el armario fuera de la sala de estar. Hay un frente oeste completamente protegido en el porche trasero perfecto para atrapar puestas de sol mientras se evitan los insectos, y una terraza exterior con barbacoa de gas.

The place was really nice as described. Very comfortable and inviting. It seems to be an older home, but nicely renovated and furnished.We enjoyed having breakfast on the screened porch. The surrounding area is peaceful for relaxing and the nearby beach is lovely.The host was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had.

Location, location, location! This house is in the best area on the island and within walking distance to the most beautiful and tranquil beach. The home could use some improvements. Windows are in need on replacement and some kitchen pans and utensils are well worn. Furnishings in living area are also a bit tired. Overall, we had a great time, just felt that a little more TLC could make this place even better!

We have stayed here many times! It’s our favourite place to stay on the island. This time there were a couple of little issues that occurred. We arrived to realize that one beach umbrella was put back on the shelf broken from a previous guest and then also the fridge wasn’t cooling properly. The response from the management team was quick and friendly. They immediately brought two brand new umbrellas and had a repair person at the house that day to fix it. They continued to check in with us to make sure it was running. They also immediately refunded spoiled food items. They were amazing! The house has plenty of room and a great outdoor space to sit and have meals. It’s our go to place to stay!

Steps From Paradise

The property was perfect. It is bigger than the pictures make it seem. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host and property manager was timely and thorough. The property is less than a 4-minute walk from a beautiful beach that is rarely crowded.This property has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation in Turks & Caicos!

Winter Getaway

My sister and I loved this place. It was exactly as described. We spent our days exploring Provo and a day on Middle Caicos. We snorkeled several times and took an ocean kayak in the mangroves to name a few things and came back to this pleasant quiet house. Great location. We had a wonderful week!

The location is primo. We were stunned by Pelican Beach (just a 5-minute walk) and for the most part had the entire strip of beach to the point all to ourselves. Leeward settlement is definitely the way to go if you prefer privacy, tranquility, and nature over the endless parasols and beach lounges found at Grace Beach.We savored sunrise and sunset walks on the beach.We are so glad we chose this cottage over our other choice of studio bedroom with screened-in living area. We both agreed that we wouldn’t have been comfortable with an outdoor living area. We took refuse from the heat and intensity of the sun during the day, and appreciated the a/c for that.This little villa is darling, perfect for our needs as a couple cooking in most days, well-equipped kitchen, super comfy bed with nice linens and a/c in the bedroom. The layout was practical, with a screened-in porch and large back deck. The proximity to a hose to wash off the sandy before entering was a blessing.For an extra treat we had Natrice and Vivian from Turquoise Paradise Spa & Salon provide a heavenly double massage in home. We both agreed it was one of the best massages we’ve ever had.We hope to return. Grateful for this experience.

Cute Cottage

Cute cottage house. Had everything we needed. Location was great and near to the beaches. Beautiful neighborhood. We walked around the neighborhood every morning and down to the beach at sunset. Bed was comfortable. Loved the screened in porch. We sat out there for every meal. We really enjoyed the place. It was a very relaxing vacation for us. Would definitely stay again.

The neighborhood was amazing, the beach nearby was beautiful and wasn't crowded at all. We will definitely be back to visit and hopefully stay at this property again.
