Beach Shack: Central location, recent renovation

Tucked in the heart of Cedar Key village you'll find the Beach Shack. With its fresh interior, well-appointed furnishings and fabulous central location you can't go wrong!

Just 3 strolling blocks from the water and 2 from the delicious dining options of 2nd St, you won't need to drive unless you really want to. The famous Cedar Key Fishing Pier is less than a half mile and while you're out there check out the shops and restaurants on the water, the views at sunset can't be beat!

The Beach Shack has a beautifully open floor plan allowing for conversation between the living room, kitchen and dining areas.

The living room holds is a queen-sized pull-out couch and plush recliner for a total of 4-5 people to sit and chat or watch TV. With a fun and friendly beach vibe it's easy to feel at home here. Extra blankets and linens for the sofa bed are in the ottoman.

The kitchen is stocked with all the items you need to spend a weekend or a couple of months. Brand new stainless steel appliances include a built-in microwave, glass top electric stove/oven and large refrigerator with freezer on top. There's no shortage of updates here!!

A 2 person breakfast bar, along with a 4 person, round dining table, will give you more than enough seating for dining in.

The bedroom is just down the hall with a comfortable queen bed, large night stands, luggage racks and closet. The full ensuite has a single sink, toilet and tub shower combo.

There is a half bath in the hall.


Outside you will find a brand new deck enclosed by almost invisible screen. With comfortable seating for 4, this is great place to sit back and enjoy a cold beverage at the end of the day. Outback there is a gas grill and fire table, we provide the presto logs and ask that those are the only things burned.

Other amenities to note are a stacking washer and dryer, additional closet for storage, vacuum, standing fan, extra pillows and blankets, games, fee WiFi and ceiling fan.

**OK for boat parking, note the house has a clearance of around 8.5" so higher boats may not fit under the house
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people's property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
