This 1-bed, 1-bath retreat features a beautiful interior with a spacious kitchen, tiled walk-in shower, and a loft-style bedroom. Enjoy Gulf views from the private deck and unwind in the comfort of a beautifully furnished living room floor to ceiling windows. This location is simply unbeatable for your perfect getaway!
The living room is comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing stunning views. A large sliding glass door leads to your private deck, where you can get the perfect view of both Dock St and the Gulf. With seating for four this fabulous outdoor space is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Relax on the comfortable sofa just enjoying the view or catch up on your favorite shows on the large smart TV.
The condo is on the third floor of the three-story condo complex of Cedar Cove Condos. There are covered exterior stairs that provide access to the different floors and covered exterior walkways between units. There is parking for one vehicle at the front of the complex. Additional vehicles or trailers will need to be parked at one of the city lots off site.
Your stay at Cedar Haven is designed for privacy and convenience for a peaceful vacation. Detailed instructions for access and amenities are provided, and our McCormick Management team is available for any inquiries or assistance during your stay.
Cedar Key, a historic island city on Florida`s Gulf Coast, offers a unique blend of natural beauty and cultural charm. Walk to downtown, restaurants, shops, the park, the beach and many more local attractions. Immerse yourself in the laid-back atmosphere, rich history, and vibrant arts scene. If you decide to rent a golf cart this is the perfect place to start your island exploration.
Cedar Key is a walkable community, and Cedar Haven`s central location allows easy exploration of the island on foot. While public transit isn`t available, the pedestrian-friendly environment encourages leisurely strolls. Golf cart or bike rentals are also an option for a fun and efficient way to get around the island.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no pool at this property. The pool shown in the aerial photo belongs to a neighboring complex. The building does not currently have a working elevator, and the ground floor is unoccupied while the HOA determines how to move forward with repairs following recent hurricane damage.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
