Situado en el umbral del Aeropuerto Internacional Princesa Juliana y ubicado idealmente en el corazón de la vida nocturna en el Maho Village; Este apartado alojamiento es el lugar donde todo el alboroto y la emoción ocurren dentro de su amplia gama de boutiques, joyerías, restaurantes, casinos y una variedad de entretenimientos nocturnos, todo a un corto paseo de La Terrasse.


A poca distancia puede pasar el día en la playa, que está a unos pasos del famoso Sunset Beach Bar, relajarse, leer un libro, jugar al golf o simplemente mirar el hermoso sitio de Aircraft's a punto de aterrizar en el umbral del aeropuerto Princess Juliana.

A medida que se instala la noche; puede disfrutar de una cena en cualquiera de los restaurantes de su elección en el área o probar suerte en el Royal Casino ubicado al lado.

Winter Get away

Had a wonderful 2 weeks. Beautiful property and location. Easy access to buses and taxis. Great access to many beaches. Host was absolutely fantastic and helpful with any questions we had.

Perfect stay

The location was just what we were looking for. The room was very clean and cool. We could not have found a better place to stay. The observation deck was a really nice place to see planes land.

Awesome vacation spot

Great location near a variety of restaurants, beaches, bars and casino. The condo is very clean and overlooks the botanical garden and pool area. My husband and I will definitely return I also want to say thank you to Roger he was attentive and great to do business with.

Great Experience

Room had an amazing location and an amazing view. Less than 2 minutes walk to Maho Beach, food, and shopping. Pictures and descriptions of the listing match perfectly to what is offered. Free WiFi also was great. Everything went very smoothly staying at Rodger’s condo at La Terrasse.

Great Location

What a great location and view! Roger called and came by to check on the accommodations and to make sure all was well. Condo is just a advertised and beautifully decorated with all amenities needed. Centrally located within walking distance to beach, Sunset Beach Bar, Driftwood, Casino, and grocery store. I will be back. Thank you Roger for sharing your lovely condo with me.

Wonderful Stay that saved our vacation

We had so many problems with Airlines and Airports, but our stay at La Terrasse and Sint Maarten was a saving grace. Nothing but good and positive. I'm a little late on our review since I lost my purse at Miami airport and we missed out flight home. But my purse was found and turned in and our stay at La Terrasse was so peaceful and good that it helped me survive the bad stuff at the airports. Our Host was extremely attentive and helpful and we would love to stay there again!

Great location

The check in was so easy. Roger was very quick to provide all the needed info to make it seamless. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The condo had everything needed plus more than expected. It was clean and had plenty of all the essentials like towels. toiletries..etc. The A/C and internet worked great also. And the location.....right next to all the action at Maho Beach. So many great restaurants, walk to beaches..Maho and Mullet Bay, a market that has everything and of course some of the best beach bars especially to view the planes landing and taking off. I will definitely be back again soon!!

Great place!

We had a great time! We will definitely try to get back next year! Roger was a great host and was easy to get in touch with when we had questions. The bed was comfy and the room was dark for sleeping. Great views and pool, beach wasn’t far from the room. We had fun chatting with the neighbors too. Everyone was very friendly! The only thing we didn’t like is that it said there was WiFi but it wasn’t free. We had to pay and extra $50 for a week of WiFi. Other than that we had a great time!

Wonderful Vacation

Roger is an excellent host and his property is fantastic! We had the best time on our vacation. Roger is quick and easy to communicate with, was always available when we needed to ask a question. His property is in the best location with restaurants, shops and nightlife and a grocery store all at your doorstep. The condo is furnished beautifully, the air conditioning works very well, the king sized bed is super comfortable, there are plenty of fresh towels, the shower pressure is amazing, all the appliances work and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. We enjoyed the massive pool at the complex, never had a problem getting a pool chaise and the parking underneath the building makes it easy for those who rent a car. 100% would love to stay here again, all the comforts of home yet in paradise. Roger made our vacation one to remember!

We have been visiting Sint Maarten for the last 26 years. We loved the island on our first visit, and love it now. Once we start planning our visit we can't wait to arrive, and once we leave, we can't wait to return. Roger's condo/apartment is the place to rent. His rental is on the perfect part of the island, with the perfect view, with all the necessary amenities, at a truly reasonable price. Whether you like to eat/drink great food, people watch, shop, golf, swim, watch planes and jets come and go, or just chill watching flat screens or surfing the internet with provided wifi, than this is the place to do all of that. Roger is so considerate that he checked in with us during and after our stay to assure that all was just right and that it was! As I said before we can't wait to return, and this will be the place we will stay. You will see just what we mean.

Stunning Condo and Location - Don't miss out!

Wow, we had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Roger's condo! It was our first time staying there, and we couldn't have been luckier - the condo had just been renovated and it was absolutely stunning. Every detail had been thought of and the result was breathtaking. We were also lucky enough to meet Roger during our stay, and he was just wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When we mentioned that we were missing an ironing board, he had one delivered to the front desk for us the very next day! His responsiveness and willingness to accommodate us was truly impressive. The view from the condo was absolutely breathtaking - we couldn't get enough of it! And the pool was just beautiful. The property and gardens were so well-maintained, it was clear that a lot of care and attention had been put into them. We felt so relaxed and at ease during our stay - it was truly a stress-free vacation. Overall, we can't recommend La Teresse enough. If you're looking for a place to stay where you can truly unwind and enjoy yourself, this is the place to be. Thank you so much, Roger, for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable!

Paradise

It was our 4th vacation to St. Maarten and the best yet. The condo had everything we needed. The a/c worked well. There is a garage to park your car in. The condo is on the 3rd floor. Rodger takes time to come by for a visit. He is just great! The place is very safe!! There is a grocery store below which was very handy. We went out for most meals but did have a few in. There are so many great restaurants on the island and not that far of a drive. The pool at the condo was very nice. While at the pool you can watch the planes coming in and taking off. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful The closest beach is maho and then there is Mullet which is about a 5 minute drive. Mullet is our favorite beach. There is a casino right next door.We love having the car so we can visit other beaches and places. We will definately be coming back here our next visit .Rodger you are the best!!! Brenda/ Peter

Wonderful getawy

My husband and I stayed at Roger's condo over Labor Day weekend. The summer season was winding down and there wasn't a lot of activity. WE LOVED IT. The condo itself was perfect. Low key, clean and comfortable. We were fascinated by the jets and took some amazing photos which we have included in our computer slide show which goes all day long. There were some minor maintenance issues which Roger addressed quickly even though he was in Canada at the time. He checked in with us several times during our short stay and made sure the staff was taking care of us. Roger is a lovely host. There is a grocery store in the complex and restaurants close by. We felt right at home. There was some great snorkeling about a mile or so away. Yesterday, I was freezing my toes off at a football game, and a gentleman sitting behind me said, "It must be 80 degrees somewhere." I thought of Roger's place in St. Maarten. Today, my husband said, "are you sure Roger's place is booked all winter? We can't wait to go back.
