The Cosy'Nest has a max. of 4 guest. Non compliance results in removal of all guest without refund. A daily fee for more than 3 guest is $40 each.
Losing the keys will come at a fee. The house a key will result in a $70 fee. The safe key will also result in an additional $50 fee.
Late Check-outs are possible. The Cosy'Nest is flexible. It has to be approved first. $70 fee for unapproved stays longer than 30 mins.

Clean and well stocked

Enjoyed our stay before and after a cruise. Walked to Phillipsburg and bus stop. Small grocery store within walking distance. Great little place! Very clean!!!!

Delightful unit!

Stayed 2 days before and 3 days after our cruise out of Sint Marteen. Perfect for us! Very clean and Donovan has thought of everything you would need including coffee, 2 bottles of water and soda. You can walk to the grocery store, bus stop and Phillipsburg. We took a taxi to Maragot and the bus the 2nd time we went. We felt safe and comfortable. Thank you Donavan

2 Week Stay

The “Cosy Nest” was cozy & clean. Friendly neighborhood with dogs and roosters. A half mile easy walk to the beach or boardwalk. Communication with our host Donavan was great.

Was surprised to see how nice and clean the place was. Had more amenities than I expected. Though not on the beach, short walk to Great bay beach or to Little Bay beach. People in area were so nice and friendly. Host was very responsive. Couldn’t ask for a better host. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful unit

This little home is a real gem! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cozy Nest. The unit is just as stated and pictured. About a 6 minute walk to the beach and 2 small convenience stores very close by. We felt safe in this neighbourhood We did not have a rental car and found we could easily get whatever we needed. Donovan was fast to respond to any questions and was very friendly. I would recommend to book here. Thank you Donovan. We look forward to our next stay.

Cosy Nest was a proper home from home. About a 5 mins walk to the beach and under 10 mins to the boardwalk. Host communication before our arrival and during our stay was great. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi and Donovan sorted very quickly. Friendly neighbours, but could be a little noisy at times. Efficient aircon in both rooms and safe parking. Plenty of tv channels if staying in. We stayed for a month and we had everything we needed.

Bigger, cleaner, better then I expected

After staying a week at Sonesta, I decided to explore the island a bit more and decided on this VBRO rental. Donovan absolutely ensured my check in was flawless, the place was nice and roomie and cleaner than the Sonesta. At the first quick glance I was stood back by the devastation of Irma surrounding this property but Donovan rebuilt this house even more perfectly. From the best shower with killer pressure to the ease to do a load of laundry this is definitely a home instead of just a rental. It was so nice cooking here as everything is available here from the super clean oven to a great working kettle. I even made tea from the herbs growing outside in the gated property that comes with a private parking lot. This is great value for money and hope you enjoy this stay as much as I did. Marc
