We enjoyed our stay very much. Adorable apartment, well planned and thought out with amenities. Great view of golf course and the lake in the distance. Close to restaurants and the bridge. My suggestion would be for coffee drinkers, a proper coffee maker and improvement on window coverings in the bedrooms. Other than that, I highly recommend this rental.

My family absolutely loved this condo. The location and views were amazing. We could bike or walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. We will certainly rebook.

we just left our stay. location was great for what we wanted. being close enough to walk to london bridge and boat rentals but not that close to hear all the noise. Before we left for our trip we asked the owner is there were beach towels. we were told yes so we didn’t pack any. Upon arrival there were no beach towels and when we told the owner the response was “huh, that’s weird. we can bring some if you want” knowing we asked. So we were forced to buy towels for our stay. The A/C unit had issues which a repair man was sent before we even reached out regarding the issue. The main issue was the washing machine didn’t turn on and all and after contacting the owner and letting them know we never heard back regarding getting it fixed.. This is a huge inconvenience when you thought you were going to have access to a washer. VERY disappointed and shocked an owner would respond in that way. We also couldn’t get the dish washer to run. we would not rent this again because of these issues. Beyond disappointed

I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. There are normally beach towels, not sure why there weren’t any when you arrived (another guest most likely accidentally took them and we didn’t notice) I immediately offered to bring you some and you never responded. I never stop by during a guests stay unless they explicitly express they want me to, I apologize if there was any missed communication. The AC did have issues but we had them taken care of and fixed before you could even notice, which is how we try and handle any issues that may arise. As far as the washer, you accidentally communicated with the wrong person (a phone number that was not mine) and when I finally got a message from you I immediately started working on trying to fix the issue but unfortunately it was a holiday weekend and at that point Sunday night so there wasn’t much I could do. You also blamed me for what the other person you texted responded to you with about the washer and even though I told you multiple times that was not me and I would never respond to a guest like that. You did not believe me until I sent you screenshots of my phone number to prove you texted the wrong number. However I do apologize you didn’t have the stay you were hoping for. We are always learning and improving with every guest we have.

Great Location

The resort is gated, very clean and quiet. The condo is very comfortable has a great view of the golf course and lake. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the mornings and watching the golfers. It is a short walk to the bridge, restaurants and water rentals. We enjoyed walking along the water and beach. A great place to stay!

Spring break

Our family has a wonderful time visiting for spring break. The condo was perfect. Extremely clean, well stocked, and overall felt like home away from home. The pool was super warm for the kids and the property was in a perfect location. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Views, Great Location, Great Host

Lovely views of the golf course and river, condo was well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable but would have liked better window coverings as a lot of light come through. Furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed spending time there as much as when seeing Lk Havasu City. Host was great at communicating anytime we had a question.

Annual Spring Trip

We added Lake Havasu to our Spring trip this year. It didn’t disappoint. The location of the condo is great. So many things within walking distance. The pool area and grills were a great addition to the accommodations. Condo was well stocked with everything and very comfortable. Can’t wait to return.

Thanksgiving trip

Great little condo! In laws live in Lake Havasu City during the winter. It was our first time being there this time of the year. This condo fit needs perfectly. Great view and location. We walked down to the London Bridge a few times during our stay. We got to see the lighting of the Christmas lights which our son loved.

Fantastic Location & View

We had a blast. This condo had everything we needed. The location was fantastic for Desert Storm, we were in walking distance of the Canal & many great places to eat. Would absolutely return & stay at this condo again. The property was also very secure which was nice & comforting. This condo was also a really fast Uber ride away from many other fun places to eat & the other events at Desert Storm, such as the street fair.

Lake Havasu Gem

We stayed in Sam's condo in Queens Bay for 10 weeks and were very satisfied. The condo was in a perfect location, a short walk to the London Bridge and within walking distance to many restaurants. We had an incredible view of the sunrise and sunset every night. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Sam

The view

So the first thing is the view, amazing and then the short walk to the canal. It gives you the ability to walk back to the room after waking up early to put your boat in the canal, cause everyone knows getting a spot is the canal is no easy feat mid to late morning. We were a little worried the first day when the fridge was not working. But I actually just turned the fridge up from the coldest setting and it began to get cold. We are all looking forward to our next trip.
