Enjoy a cozy stay at this 324 sq ft modern Ohana studio apartment in Maui, featuring a small kitchenette and private bathroom. Large windows offer beautiful views of the West Maui Volcano and the warm Hawaiian breeze. With amenities such as A/C, Wi-Fi, smart TV, and free parking, it`s centrally located where the west and east sides of Maui meet, providing easy access to stunning beaches and the airport within a 10-15 minute drive.
Our space is designed to comfortably host Three guests, featuring a queen bed and twin xl bed but we can accommodate extra guests with an Air Mattress upon request. Simply let us know ahead of time, and we’ll have it ready for your stay! **Please note: This unit is located on the ground level**

1. E mālama i ka hale — Take Care of the Home
Treat the home and furnishings with respect, as if it were your own. Any damages, excessive wear and tear, missing or broken items caused during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility and may result in additional repair or replacement charges
2. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am, out of respect for other guest and neighbors
Please keep noise minimal when on lanais, hallways, or common areas.
3. Mahalo for Keeping It Clean
Dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving food out — we’re in the tropics and critters love snacks too.
4. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the unit or on the lanai.
Only in the Designated smoking area
5. Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
No parties or large gatherings.
6. Parking
Please park only in your assigned stall and send us your vehicle information
Fines may apply for unauthorized parking
7. Respect the Aina — Respect the Land
Please conserve water and electricity when possible.
Turn off AC when leaving the unit and keep doors/windows closed when AC is running.
8 . Check-Out Aloha
Please complete the simple checkout tasks provided before departure.
Let us know if something breaks — accidents happen, and open communication is appreciated.
9. No Pets (Unless Approved)
We have a strict no-pet policy unless prior approval is given.
Approved pets require a pet fee, and any pet-related damages or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest.

No illegal activities: Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the property
